Creekside condo in the town of Winter Park just up the mountain along Vazquez creek. Master bedroom with king size bed, master bathroom with big tub, steam and whirlpool, Loft bedroom access via spiral staircase has king size bed, full bathroom, night stands and two full size dressers, front bedroom has two single beds, night stands and closet. Living room area, all areas have wall to wall carpeting, has pull out couch, fireplace, dining room table, balcony that overlooks Vazquez creek. Kitchen has full size refrig., dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, small appliances, flatware and utensils for 8, front area has washer and dryer. Full electric heat thru out. Easy access to the Winter Park slopes via a 3 minute drive or by taking the shuttle that comes to the front of the 16 unit complex at 10 minute to and 10 minutes after each hour. The complex has covered parking and access to electricity for block heaters.

Condo shows a little ware especially with the carpet and the cleaning needs to show a little more care. Needed to have curtains in the master bedrrom. The location was convenient to downtown Winter Park and was in a nice setting.
