Ditch the car! You have access to all of Park City from one location. Use the Free city shuttles or walk to major groceries & movies (4 blocks), & to Main Street (5 blocks). Two blocks to 20K of groomed cross-country ski trails. Those free city shuttles operate to Deer Valley and The Canyons as well.

We offer personal service in all respects & have spent 25 years being 'local' and living in Park City. Ready to help with all your questions and needs, before and during your holiday. We know the restaurants, snow mobile rentals, horse drawn sleigh rides, yurt trips, snowshoe trails, back country areas, fishing lakes, art galleries, and are familiar with all the other ski areas (8) outside Park City.
Activities:
We offer half-day fun snowshoe tours in the Uinta Mountains free of charge when we are in town. Bring a lunch & snowshoe or XC ski with us to get away from the crowds on the ski hill! Daily snowshoe rentals are available locally. Please bring a backpack, water bottle, & camera. For non-skiers, you can hot air balloon, snow mobile, walk all over town and visit the many art galleries on Main Street, or take in an afternoon movie 4 blocks away.
Golf:
Ask us anytime about non-skier activities. Day care knowledge if you need it.
Area: No car needed at any of these condos! Free City shuttles when you need them, but you can walk to most everything.
This is a central location to suit your needs and those of your non-skiers and children.
The Park City Municipal Golf Course is across the street. The Park Meadows course is a mile away. There are 3 nine hole courses at Wasatch State Park 25 minutes away featuring a Mountain, Water, and Valley course. Ask us about other options.
