Ideally located, only 3 blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in Playa. And, just half a block from the great 5th ave. A tourist zone, brimming with restaurants, bars and stores. Located on a 3rd level this Condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king size bed on the master room, 2 single beds in the 2nd room. And 2 sofas- beds in the living room. There is a lovely view of the ocean from our rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. The complex has 24 hours security, and Secured Gated parking space.

  • + 12% Tax Not Included
    40% Deposit to Hold the Reservation
    60 % Balance and a $200.00 USD Security Deposit
    is due two week prior to the arrival date.
    Sec. Deposit is refundable upon departure
    If you wish Maid service on a Daily basis, there is a extra cost of 20.00 USD per day.
  • Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a refund of your deposit, minus a $50.00 USD charge.
    Cancellations must be submitted 30 days before the arrival date. Otherwise, a 25% fee of the total amount of stay will be applied.
    Changes in reservation dates less than 30 days of arrival, have a $ 50.00 USD Charge.
    In the event of early departure a 25% cancellation fee of remaining period reserved will be applied.
