Park Shore Resort is a full service luxurious tropical landscaped complex on 13 acres with 156 privately owned up-scale suites featuring 2 waterfalls, 2 fountains, and 3 foot bridges to gain access to the island that all the condos surround. The 'island' features a full menu restaurant and lounge with Jazz 1-2 nights a week, a gorgeous heated pool, hot tub, sun deck, gazebo/grill area with umbrella tables. All occupants are offered a fully staffed front desk, wifi in all rooms and public areas and 24 hour security. The condo is a ground floor unit which has been completely redecorated with new carpeting, tile, window treatments, remodeled kitchen and private screened lanai with new porch furniture facing a fountain. Also there is new furniture in the living, dining and bedroom areas, new carpeting in the bedrooms, new appliances, TVs and DVD/VCR and beach chairs and umbrella. There is parking right outside the condo entrance.

  • From $650/Week
  • Rates exclude 10% Florida sales tax and a $60 cleaning fee. A security deposit of 300 USD for weekly rentals and 500 USD for monthly rentals is also required and repaid within two weeks of departure. At time of reservation a reservation deposit of 300 USD for a weekly rental and 500 USD for a monthly rental is required. The balance of your rental fee and security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. The security deposit is to be used for any damages to the unit or contents or forfeited if there is evidence of smoking. Canceled reservations will receive a full refund if unit is rented for the applicable booking period.

The style is Florida modern and the unit views the circular walkway, lake (with fountain), and pool. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and normal amenities so that you move in and begin to enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom has king size bed, 25' TV, cable with HBO, and bath. Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and access to the lanai. The second bathroom is accessible from hallway. All bed linens and towels are new. Living room has leather sofa, large reclining chair, VCR/ DVD/ 27' TV, cable with HBO, access to lanai. The dining room is just off the living room. The kitchen has dishes, flatware, cooking pots/pans, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator and stove. Smoke detector, answering machine and ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. Laundry facilities available on Resort premises. Also beach chairs and umbrella are in unit for your use. Activities include swimming, tennis, handball, outdoor racquetball, games, Jacuzzi.

Planned activities are provided for adults and children. Also available is a sundeck, gazebo and barbeque area (with 6 barbecues) and a circular walking/jogging path is located around the perimeter of the lake. BR B Area: /B BR The Resort is located walking distance from 3 shopping centers containing 6 restaurants, and 3 food stores. The unit is a 10 minute drive from several Gulf beaches (1.5 miles) and 10 minutes from downtown Naples and the famous 5th Street. It is less than 10 minutes from 2 multiplex movie theatres, several cultural attractions (includes the Naples Philharmonic, Art Museum and Zoo) and golf courses.
