  Check-in time is 4 P.M. on arrival date. Check-out time is 10 A.M. on date of departure;
  There is a USD $100.00 Security Deposit Required, which will be refunded after the rental assuming that no issues with the unit are found after a walk through by the cleaning service. Upon mutual agreement of unit rental, a $100 deposit must be made to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance of the rental fee, plus security deposit, lodging tax, and the cleaning fee will be invoiced to you and must be paid in full no later than 10 days prior to check-in date.
  Additional cleaning is available during your stay which can be arranged for a fee with our cleaning service.
  Cancellations permitted up to 30 days of arrival for a full refund of deposit. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the renter forfeits all deposits unless the the reservation is rebooked at a future date for the same number of nights and rental fee.
