This property is steps from the Atlantic Ocean and located 5 miles north of Daytona Beach and in a quiet area of Ormond Beach. The 2 Master BR 2 ½ BA, 2-story townhouse with attached one car garage, will sleep up to six people. Two bedrooms upstairs each with private bathroom and a half bath downstairs. The 24-unit townhouse complex has a swimming pool. Protect your vehicle or motorcycle inside the attached single car garage. The garage has an inside washer/dryer and a tub sink with hose to rinse off the sand. Newly renovated with new furniture with a Caribbean beach style décor. Tile and Laminate wood floors through the entire townhouse. No carpets. Take a stroll on the beach, enjoy a swim in the pool, and relax on the balcony overlooking the ocean. No driving on the beach allows you to relax while your kids play. Enjoy peaceful nights and Atlantic Ocean sunrise.

  • $650-700 per week
  • Speed Weeks, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Spring Break, BCR, Pepsi 400, Long Term - email or call for rates

    A refundable security deposit is required to lock the dates ($200.00 on weekly stays and $500.00 on monthly). Remaining full payment is due 60 days prior to vacation date (90 Days for special events).

    Full refund of entire security deposit if you cancel more than 60 days prior to the first date of your reservation (90 days prior for special events). Under 60 days, I will refund the security deposit and payment if I am able to rent the unit for your reservation date, 90 days notice applies to special events (Bike Week, Speed Weeks, etc).

    Weekly rates from Saturday thru Saturday unless approved in advance. Check In 3:00PM and Check Out 10:00AM (I am flexible).

    No Smoking or Pets. Please abide by the townhouse regulations. Cost for any damages and missing items from the unit will be deducted from the security deposit. Need calling card for long distance calls.

The living room/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa, 27” TV with remote, cable TV, DVD/VCR player, Xbox, local phone service, and answering machine. The kitchen comes with all the dishes, glassware, utensils and kitchen items such as toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator/ice maker. New central air/heat with ceiling fans in all rooms. All linens and towels included. Beach chairs,kids toys, and umbrellas are included.

Relaxing Beach Location

We have meanwhile enjoyed this location 7 times in a row. Always for 4 weeks per rental. The reason to do this is the location and the beachhouse itself. The house is located on one of the best beaches in Florida (appr. 100ft. away from the atlantic ocean, only separated by a
road). The house is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids (we had been there with only 2 adults). The house is always in a very clean condition and well maintained (f.e. new double pane windows, storm shutters, new dish washer, new refrigerator). A Publix is only 2 miles away and in a distance of 5-7 miles you can find good restaurants and other shopping facilities. Orlando is only 1 hour drive away. We can recommend this location .
Owner's Response: They have been exceptional renters who enjoy the townhouse, peaceful location, and prime location with beautiful view of the Atlantic. They are great people and wonderful friends. Thank you so much.

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous week at this townhome. The home was well equipped and furnished very nicely. The beach is great and almost like having a private beach. Great accomadations.

Excellent accommadations. Very quiet area away from the action of Daytona, but close enough to visit. We could go to the speedway or drive on the beach in Daytona yet enjoy the quite beach accross the street. Many restaurants close by.

We loved the townhouse and the location. It was very peaceful but still close to town. We definately would rent it again.It was a beautiful and well cared for place.

Had again a great time in this house...
it was our 3rd. stay .. meanwhile we have lived there for a total of more than 3 months.. it,s a great place to live on the ocean and enjoy the beaches.
