This condo for ADULTS ONLY has floor to ceiling glass, air conditioning, new furniture, includes bedroom and living room television with cable, and high speed broadband. Bedroom views toward the ocean, Pearl Harbor and Punchbowl, Sand Island, and the Executive Center pool. Located next to Fort Street Mall, (Starbucks, Ross', Longs Drug Store, 24 Hour Fitness on site), and 18 Restaurants within a two block walk (including Palamino, Indigo, Little Village and Duc's Bistro). This is the only living area in the heart of Downtown Honolulu, a ten-minute drive from Honolulu Intl Airport, a ten-minute walk to Ala Moana Park and shopping.

The central bus stop for all of Oahu originates on the corner downstairs, for easy transportation. Activities: Close to fishing, swimming (pool on-site) surfing, Iolani Palace and the State Buildings, shopping at Ala Moana and Ward Centers, Ala Moana Park, theatres, bus stop on-site, the Center of Oahu's business community and commuting. Easy ingress and egress. Ten minutes to Waikiki with bus and taxis on-site. Air-conditioned, private security, key card elevator access, very quiet. Excellent views of Harbor, Ocean and Punchbowl.

Located on Bishop Street in the heart of Downtown Oahu's Financial District, between Hotel and King Street. Excellent building security, great location only ten minutes from the airport and most activities.
