TREMAR Villa is located in Orlando, close to Walt Disney World and other major attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom, just to name a few, where you can enjoy the busy day and unwind back at the Villa in the Pool and Spa overlooking the private conservation area with a Lanai and lounging chairs for your comfort.

The villa is half an hour from the Orlando International Airport in the relaxing/quiet community of Sandy Ridge. Within minutes, you will find Restaurants and Shopping for your convenience. CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, Papa John’s Pizza, Publix Supermarket, Chilli's and Chinese Cuisine, a taste for everyone. Mystic Dunes Golf Course and Champions Gate Golf Club are also in the area if you enjoy the golfing scene.

Daytona, Clearwater, and Coco Beaches are only about an hour away, so whether you plan to go to the Gulf or Atlantic side, you will enjoy the Sandy Beaches in the warm sun.

Great Place to stay for a Disney Getaway

We stayed here during a 4 day/ 5 night trip to Walt Disney World. This is the third home we have rented in the Sandy Ridge Subdivision in the past 7 years. The home was very spacious and accomodating and we love the location. Two Master Bedrooms were great as we traveled with the Grandparents and that allowed them to have a Master suite with their own bathroom. The Kitchen and Dining area attached to the large family room provided excellent space for our paety of 8 to relax, as well as for a cooked meal during one of the short days and a quick breakfast every morning. I'd recommend this villa to anyone taking a family to the Orlando area. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the lack of a game room and the fact that the pool area is a bit smaller than in other homes we've stayed in. That is pretty much a non factor for our family, but I can see how it might be important to some. Overall we enjoyed our stay, found the owners to be very easy to get along with and I would stay here again.

A great place to stay!

I stayed at Tremarvilla for 7 days and loved the place. It was a beautiful place that was clean and well maintained. The house was very comfortable and spacious and everything you needed was there. The pool was beautiful and warm. The location is perfect with restaurants and grocery stores close by as well as being within driving distance to all the major attractions in the Orlando area. Not only was the house perfect, the owners were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the booking process and vacation. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know and look forward to returning to Tremarvilla in the future!

A Florida Home to Visit!!

The pictures of the Villa don't do this home justice. It was just beautiful and clean and welcoming!
The location is great for Disney World. We were easily able to access Kennedy Space Center other attractions and a variety of restaurants!! I would recommend this home to anyone and everyone and look forward to returning there one day!

New family memories created at TreMar Villa!

My family and I stayed at TreMar Villa at Sandy Ridge for 10 days during which time we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and unexpected items of comfort such the large digital television, free internet, and complementary use of the long distance telephone call to our family in Canada. Everything we needed during out stay was provided so that all that was left for us to do was purchase the food. IT WAS LITERALLY OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

Our three children loved the spotless pool (used every single day) and the proximity of the house to all the major attraction in the Orlando area. Thank you to Teresa and Mario for kindly hosting my family and helping us creating memories that will last for ever! We are looking forward to returning, perhaps with other friends and family, and we will be sure to tell others of this jewel rental property.

I had a great time at the house, the pool was great, nice and warm . The house was perfect ,the bbq worked great and the internet was perfect for the kids. I would rent it again,everthing was perfect. Thank You .
