Brass Rail 316 is located in a Mediterranean style luxury condo community on the south end of Tybee Island in a gated community, just 40 yards to the main beach. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Tybee Pier and more! The condo offers bamboo floors, ceramic tile, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances in kitchen. Community amenities include: 2 pools, outdoor sauna (seasonal), and a community picnic area.
Located right off the living area is your balcony with seating for four. There is a glimpse of the ocean over the rooftops. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and master bedroom. The living space of the condo is a great open floor plan with a breakfast seating 3, dining table for 6, and comfortable living room seating with a flat screen TV.
The spacious master suite has a King sized bed with a 27in flat screen TV, balcony access, and an attached master bath with separate shower and Whirlpool tub. One guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen. The second guest bedroom has a 2 Twins. There is a full bath in the hall which the guest bedrooms share along with an additional half bath. Guests will enjoy added conveniences such as: wireless internet, elevator, in-unit washer and dryer, security gate entry, and covered garage parking for 2 vehicles.
The unit was very clean and the pictures online are up-to-date. There were NO surprises at all. We booked the unit "last minute" and went to pick up the key in Savannah prior to our stay. All details were handled in a timely manner. Denise was very helpful with our booking and answered all the questions I had about the rental. I saw the previous reviews about the lack of televisions and wifi. Our children are 12 and 14....quite frankly, it was nice to NOT have all the distractions. They had a great time. There were several other families with children around the same ages and both kids made friends quickly. The security guard around the facility was highly visible which added to my comfort level. He paid close attention to the pools and parking lots to maintain the family environment. We stayed over Labor Day weekend and the beach was very crowded. Once we entered the coded gate, you could enjoy all of Tybee's local features without having to deal with all of the congestion from the beach.
We have stayed previously in the hotel directly in front of Brass Rail (twice) but never again. It is WELL WORTH the price difference to have a CLEAN place, with secure parking, working air conditoner, a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and 4 times the space. After staying in this unit, I am sorry I wasted my money staying in the oceanfront hotel over 4th of July. I would rent this unit (or any of Denise's rentals) again. She stays involved with the rentals and it shows in the quality of the properties.
We had a great time at the the Brass Rail Villas condo! The condo was really nice, and decorated beautifully. Setting everything up with Denise was simple and she answered all of our questions very promptly. This location is not ON the beach, but very close. It's only 1 block from the beach and even my 68 yr old mother didn't mind the walk. There are two pools which are very close and a large hot tub which was really nice.
There are only two things I would change. First being there is only 1 tv in the living room area, none in the bedrooms. It was fine for me because by the time we settled in for the night we were exhausted, but my sister would have rather had something to watch in her room before going to sleep. Second, there is no wifi. There wasn't even any available WiFi to mooch off of. Which was a problem when we wanted to stay an extra night and I needed to search for other places to stay (the condo was already rented for the day of our departure). So either bring your own hotspot or tether your phone if you are going to need internet access.
All in all it is a great place, and very close to the beach. We love Tybee Island and would definitely look into renting this property again IF they added WiFi. Thank you for your help, Denise!
This condo was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. There wasn’t a decorating detail left unturned. The photos are exactlhy how it looks - even better in person. It was very, very clean. We had a wonderful stay at this condo. IF I had to change anything, it would be to have a TV in each bedroom. It was great not having to bring a lot of supplies - trash bags, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, hand soap, etc. – it was all provided. We loved the elevator at our doorsteps and right outside our car!! Loved the keyless entry. We wanted to pack-up this condo and take it home with us!! The entire property at Brass Rails was very well-maintained. Alot of restaurants and shopping is just a short walk from the condo. Working with Denise made it very easy to rent this condo. She answered all of our questions in speedy response. Even though the complex is not directly on the beach, it was just a very short walk to the beach. We loved Tybee Island. It was our first visit to the island and won’t be our last. Would most definitely stay at this condo again!!

Rates are subject to change. 5 Night Minimum Stay is required unless booking at the last minute.
$150.00 due at time of booking. Remainder of 1/2 of your Total Balance is due 10 days after you reserve. Final Balance is due 15 days prior to your arrival. We accept credit cards, checks, money orders.
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
