Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a wonderful stay! You have a gorgeous house and we enjoyed it. We loved that we had no phones or tv for the weekend. It was great just to hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin. We will be booking again in the future.

MY NEW FAVORITE GETAWAY!!!!

  • 5 of 5
It was one of the most relaxing, nostalgic, peaceful, charming places I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. It's definitely going to be a place we will frequent to get away from reality (job, kids, etc). We absolutely loved it, and were sad we had to leave. In fact, I just told my other half today that I miss it. Anyone who can appreciate nature and beauty, will definitely want to stay here....trust me!!!

The beautiful cabin on the Suwannee.

  • 5 of 5
This is such a wonderful getaway for anybody who is a nature lover like me. The river is beautiful and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe immensely. Nearby attractions are easy to get to and my sons and I had a wonderful time together and made many memories. The cabin is very clean and neat and furnished very comfortably and charmingly. Being a " foodie" I also appreciated the well equipped kitchen. I will definitely will want to return to this cozy hideaway at my first opportunity... It's even better than the pictures made it look!

The cabin was more than expected. It reminded my wife of the cottages in Canada. We enjoyed the cabin immensely and wished we did not have to leave. Well definitely stay at the cabin again.

Beautiful Cabin

  • 5 of 5
This cabin is just....... amazing. My daughters, husband, and I loved it. Out of all the cabins we have ever been to, this has been the best one. The cabin is beautifully designed and was like a home away from home!! We went in the fall, so the temperature was just perfect. We loved how it was in a forest, it was quiet and peaceful. My daughters loved the tire swing very much. The river was perfect and beautiful. We went canoeing and loved it. The cabin was very well maintained and clean. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions too. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves nature and cozy cabins!!

Fabulous Cabin in a Gorgeous Setting!

  • 5 of 5
My husband and I spent a week at the river cabin and it was one of the best vacations we've had. The cabin is gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and we ate dinner every night on the deck. We kayaked every day, both up and down stream, and one day took the car to the boat ramp on the Santa Fe and did a 2.5 hour trip on the Suwanee and the Santa Fe that was really fun (it's a three mile run or walk back to the cabin, not bad). We swam a lot and ate lunch each day on the river dock. We tubed the Ichetucknee one day, it was great fun and the temperature of the river made the Suwanee seem warm in comparison! We loved seeing the five deer that hang out by the house across the road. The outdoor shower was great, never used the one inside. And we really enjoyed reading Robin's book about the building of the cabin, it made staying there even more special. Scott and Robin were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks for sharing it with us, we definitely plan to return to this quiet oasis in a busy world!
