This is a very tastefully appointed contemporary home that sits high over the Amaganseet Dunes. From the upper deck, you will enjoy 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean that is just a short, safe, two block walk away. The beach is for residents only and is very family-oriented and quiet. With a huge kitchen, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, and huge dining table that sits 10, the house is ideal for those who like to cook and/or entertain.

Off of the kitchen is a serene breakfast/sun room that leads out onto a large deck equipped with a barbeque and outdoor dining area that seats 6-8. Also on the upper floor is a bright, zen-like living room with very high ceilings, skylights and an amazing view of the ocean and 40' by 20' pool below, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds, the other with a queen), and a bathroom with a shower.

On the lower level is the master suite with a king-size 4 poster bed, sitting area, walk-in closet and master spa-like bathroom with 2 sinks, jacuzzi, and large stone shower. Off of the the master bedroom is a small deck that overlooks the pool. Two staircases lead down to the pool which is surrounded by a deck with 8 teak lounges, a teak table and chairs with umbrella, and a large outdoor shower with seating area.

Next to the pool is a live-in cabana with a fold out double bed, seating area, TV and rustic cedar bathroom with a shower. There is also a wooden path that winds through the lower property that leads to the street for trips to the beach.

The house is only available for the month of July.
