Our Silver Cliff Village condo enjoys the reputation of being a huge condo (2,000 sq. ft.) at an ideal location at the base of the Park City Mtn. Resort. It has warm mountain decor on two levels. There are antique pieces of sports gear on the walls, extensive and comfortable decorating in a nice mountain kind of way.
Our Guests return year after year to this condo and we proudly provide great personal service for all family and vacation needs.
Perfect for families (or two families), or singles, with the ski school in mind or those looking for the best location. 100+ yards to the ski plaza, only 6 blocks to Main Street.
The plaza has an ice rink, shops, and restaurants, and bars, and is the home of Park City Mtn. Resort skiing. Sundance location: Walk to 3 screens for films.
Lots of room to spread out or make your own privacy in this very large condo, with bedrooms on two levels.
Sleep in, avoid cars and the morning/evening driving & parking rush. Be in the 2 hot tubs before most folks get out of the parking lot. Really. Park City is a town to walk to ski in, not be in traffic. Ask those who have stayed in Prosepector and had to take the bus to ski.
This condo has 2 eating areas. The kitchen and countertop space easily handle 6 for breakfast with room to cook. The dining area seats 8.
For families, bedroom 2 is set up for a nanny (read Mother-in-Law) and the kids, with 2 queen beds, and with DVD/VCR/TV in the bedrooms and living room. Children's & adult movies provided.
Our decor is mountain style with antique skis, snowshoes, and sleds on the wall and other surprises. (Rosemary's huge, huge fish from Flaming Gorge!)
Shops, ice rink, restaurants, groceries, movies, & night life are a close walk, not a drive. FREE city shuttles to Deer Valley & The Canyons; this condo is on the shuttle route.

Hi, thanks for viewing.
We lived full time in Park City for 25 years and still enjoy all the summer and winter goings on. Not only is there skiing, but the night snowshoeing, xc skiing into the back country for overnight yurt trips, and friends we meet with the rental condos make Park City a special place for us. We hope you find the same enjoyment on your trip. Summers are equally as nice with kayaking, hiking or biking the ski runs or the Uinta Mountains, fishing, golfing, camping, and the wonderful mild weather.
We were fortunate to have worked at PCMR (Park City Mtn. Resort) for two years to gain insight into our Guest's needs and ski with our Guests on mountain tours.
We both also row sculls and kayaks,like to sail, cook a little bit of Cajun, camp and fish, and enjoy just being on any body of water at sunset.
Our goal with our condos is that our Guests thoroughly enjoy all that Park City has available, and to offer our knowledge of Park City and Utah to create wonderful memories for our Guests so they return for another visit.
We hope to achieve this with personal interaction with all our Guests, so that you realize what a great place Park City (and the nearby wildnerness areas and 5 National Parks). We try to contribute to a really nice time creating memories of days well spent with family and friends.

Why Rosemary or Don Priest chose Silver Cliff VIllage
Hmmm, this is very easy to explain.
Silver Cliff Village is 100 yards from the Park City Mtn. Resort, 4 blocks to the grocery store, 6 blocks to Main Street, and one block from the City Park. It has nearly 2,000 square feet of space on two levels; many two bedrooms are 800-1,000 sq. ft. only.
We saw the potential for this condo as privacy for our Guests and room to decorate without crowding things. Other condo buildings had dark hallways, felt squeezed in and small, or just did not have a good over all feeling about them, even if the location was ok. We knew it had to be Silver Cliff the moment we walked into the condo.
We feel like we are at home when we stay at Silver Cliff (it was really our home for the two years we worked at the Park City ski resort!). Feedback from our Guests says that they feel the same way about our particular condo.
That makes us feel good about having it available for our family and Guests.
What makes this condo unique
Location: Great: Period. See the comments above on how close you are to skiing, groceries, and Main St. We always walk to ski PCMR & Main Street, never need the bus.
Space: Almost 2,000 sq. feet on two levels; if we want to quietly read a book in a corner, there is private space for that. It is an ideal floor plan for two couples (with or without kids), for large families (and the occasional Mom-In-Law watching the kids) when we are there with family.
There is a full size washer/dryer; very handy! No small thing compared to a coin op down the hall or using the bathroom sink for washing.
There are two eating spaces: Kitchen and dining area; and a huge kitchen and new appliances. We like to cook, so we supply the kitchen with what is needed.
There are 3 TV's, and DVD/VCR's, a stereo, a music and video library; they are separated so the kids can have their space for TV and games.
The building is a small one on 3 floors; our condo is on the top floor. There are two new modern hot tubs, covered free parking with a security code, an elevator, and the walls are thick. No noise around us when we are in our condo.
We furnish the condo for comfort and decorate to remind our Guests that they are in the mountains in Utah, a special place to be. We work to improve this condo and our Snow Flower condo every year. The Owner's Association has been proactive in improving the property to make it attractive for owners and Guests.
Lastly, the biggest 'unique' benefit is our most sincere appreciation that our family members and Guests have different needs and expectations for their holiday in Park City; we enjoy answering every question based on our 25 years of living in PC and our 35 years of skiing Utah. Meeting the different needs of each Guest and making new friends who share our interests are what keeps this fun for us.
