Luxury townhome close to the pristine beaches of Amelia Island and the Ritz-Carlton; townhome is part of the newly completed gated community "Preserve at Summer Beach." Relax overlooking the lake and fountains on the covered patios. Walk or ride bikes to the beach (1/4 mile). The new Summer Beach pool at our complex is just steps away from home- very private yet also quiet and voted the best pool on the island.

Enjoy The Golf Club of Amelia Island, the Amelia River Club or the less expensive but excellent municipal course all less than 2 miles away. After your golf or tennis game enjoy the spa and delight your taste buds at one of the Ritz's five 5-star restaurants. Other activities abound - tennis at the Ritz, beach combing, surf fishing, charter fishing- inshore and offshore, shopping at the many island specialty shops, beach horseback riding, touring historic Fernandina Beach's downtown district and the many other superb restaurants of Amelia Island. Reservations are limited during peak season so call or email early for May -August rentals.

Our luxury unit is perfect for two or three couples and/or families. Our home has 2 master bedrooms and master baths, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with king beds and adjoining patios overlooking the lake and fountains. This virtually new townhome has two more large bedrooms that share a full bath plus a bonus tv room with a comfy pull out sofa. Another pull out sofa and air mattress are available for extra guests. This top quality luxury townhome features a fireplace for those cooler evenings, granite countertops, gas top stove and GE profile appliances and yet is very competitively priced.

We have provided numerous beach chairs, floats, beach toys and games for your use. The home has free internet connection and Wi-Fi and premium Comcast cable. Leave the rat race behind and relax- the Amelia Island way.

You will find our weekly rates to be 20-25% less than similar units managed by other firms. Off season and month long rentals are discounted even more. Many units are run down and "tired" while ours is new to the market in 2009. We live locally in Waycross, Ga. and have furnished this townhome as our vacation home. This condo was perfect for our large family. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and perfectly furnished to accomodate large groups. The kitchen was clean and beautiful with high-end appliances. The bathrooms were large and luxurious. The living areas were delightfully decorated and extremely comfortable. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend this condo and the owners. We can't wait to go back next year!

Kept my deposit

We stayed for spring break and liked the place. When I arrived back home I got a nasty email from the owner calling me a pig and telling me that she would not give me back my deposit. There were no instructions on how to leave the house and we left the towels in the bathroom and dishes in the sink. I have rented from vrbo for years and never had this happen before.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers
Owner's Response: We have never had to take a security deposit and have been renting now for over a year. Unfortunately if our cleaning service tells us that our property has been damaged, we do have to take the deposit. The security deposit was not taken simply because the towels were not put in the wash or dishes not put in the dishwasher, but because our cleaning service said the place was trashed. They have never told us that before. My family was in the condo the week before and there were no stains on the carpet at that time. We do not feel that it is necessary to leave instructions to respect the property.
