Enjoy your stay with family and friends in our gorgeous home. Comfortable, cosy, convenient and charming! Newly remodeled but retaining a quintessentially Tahoe character, come enjoy everything that Tahoe has to offer!

Condo is two bedroom, 1.5 bath unit which sleeps 6 (or more on the comfy sofas). Condo is a two level unit with all the comforts of home including a gas fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, a shared outdoor BBQ pit and huge water heater with plenty for everyone. We have fast Wi-Fi, cable TV with DVD, CD player, iPod/media device docking station (via aux outlet), microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Linens and towels are provided. Finally, we also have a secure ski-locker.

Bedding consists of one queen bed in the master bedroom, one double (full size) and two singles as bunks in the second bedroom.

Great central location, calm and surrounded by pines, but close to everything:

-- 3 mins to Heavenly gondola / 15 mins walk (also 3 mins to Heavenly Gunbarrel entrance)

-- 3 mins to Lake Tahoe shoreline / 10 mins walk

Why The Owner chose Heavenly Valley

We just love Tahoe and have been coming for years. For this condo, our family love the central location with quick access to the Lake, skiing and nightlife, all set amongst pines. I'm sure you will agree! We bought this condo because it's close to the convenient stores (Raley's), restaurants, and casinos. It's a very convenient location for summer and winter activities. For example, there is a Heavenly GO (Blue GO) stop right in front of our condo, so which means we never have to stress about finding parking at Heavenly Resort! That itself is priceless! All we have to do is put on our snowboarding/ski boots, no longer need to find a parking space or renting a locker!

Our family members are from London and San Francisco, so we are very used to walking to places, we specifically looked to buy a condo in Tahoe that is walking distance to everything. If you enjoy having nice stroll, then this is it for you! There are also parking spaces for people who prefer to drive!

I can't help but leave a glowing review for this condo! We really appreciated Michelle's hospitality and were so happy to find her listing. My husband and I would love to come back and visit again. They were such lovely hosts and I loved all the improvements and artistic touches they added to the house. The painted accent walls, mountain mural and custom artwork were great to look at.

There are also lots of informative tips labeled around the house, which helped to get us settled in. Even the cabinets have photo inventories of the kitchen items, so you know where to put things back and take stock of what they provided. Genius!

There was a great welcome scrapbook which was unbelievably thorough and super creative. That in itself was amazing. Definitely check it out. They also left us a cute welcome gift of shampoos and snacks... WOW! The condo was immaculate and there were plenty of clean towels, too. The digital cable & TV were great entertainment after skiing and we found ourselves getting comfortable on the great big couch in front of the toasty new fireplace each night.

We also had a mishap where we broke something and offered to pay for it, but Michelle was too kind to accept repayment. Really, I can't think of a better experience I've had. Would totally recommend staying here! Next time we'll bring friends who could use the 2nd bedroom! Ann

Perfect Size and Location!

Every year my parents, brothers, and I take a weekend trip, usually to the Capitola/Santa Cruz area. This year we decided to do the first annual "Snow Edition" of our yearly gathering, and stayed at this condo in Lake Tahoe. It was absolutely PERFECT for our needs! The location's proximity to the lake, the casinos, restaurants, etc can't be beat; the condo is equipped with all the essentials; the owners do a great job of laying everything out and offering pertinent tips and information; and the condo itself is really cute and has nice personal touches. We'll definitely be coming back to stay here!

Lovely condo

Our family went to Lake Tahoe for a skiing trip and had a lovely time at Michelle's condo. Michelle was easy to work with and quick to respond to all emails I sent. The condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious enough for the four of us. My boys enjoyed the games that were there. The bus to Heavenly was right across the street as indicated in the description. The gas fireplace worked great and heated up the condo very quickly. The only suggestion I would have, is to include better instructions for it. It was easy once we had figured it out, but as we had never operated one before, we were a little confused at first. I would definitely recommend Michelle's condo for a visit to the South Lake Tahoe area

Amazing Vacation Rental!!!!!!

In the past we have owned a timeshare and recently decided to go another route for our vacation. I searched Flipkey and sent out multiple emails enquiring about a rental. Michelle was the first to respond and was extremely helpful and informative! I have to say that after owning a timeshare I was a bit weary as I'm sure she is to deal with a condo rental that was being personally rented instead of through a company. I'm not one to give reviews but after my experience with Michelle and with her vacation rental, I really feel that I owe it to her and to anyone seeking a rental. Michelle was awesome with her response times to emails and never left us wondering what was next! Aside from communication her townhome is also amazing and everything she says it will be! We arrived at our rental not knowing what to expect and honestly received what we expected and a ton more! I am thankful for this experience as it really helped make our vacation that much more memorable! The property is just as amazing as the pics and the experience is even better! We will definitely return and are already referring the property to others! Thank you Michelle for such an awesome experience renting from an individual owner and opening up your vacation home to us!

Our family enjoyed staying in your condo ! Everything is so close by and easy to get to . We chose a different activity everyday from hiking , bicycling, boating, horseback riding and of course the casinos every night since they are located practically down the street !! And it was nice to come back and relax in between during the day in the comfy beds !! We would recommend this property to anyone that visits Tahoe..Michelle you made our vacation so stress-free..Thank you SO MUCH !!! This will be our "home" every time we come to Tahoe !!!
