Beautiful unique luxury condo for rent in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Located on Gulf Boulevard and Boca Ciega Bay across the street from the white sands of the Gulf and the Trade Winds Resort. This 'best of both worlds' condo features the peace and tranquility of Boca Ciega Bay, where you can see manatees, dolphin and other marine life or fish off the dock. The east balcony accessible from the master bedroom and living room offers a view of the sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay and the west balcony provides a view of the sunset over the Gulf. Or cross the street to the Trade Winds Resort (see amenities below) and experience the white sands of the Gulf beach. Built in 1995, the condo has two full baths, is clean and well -furnished. King size bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in second bedroom. Located on second floor with elevator and stair access.

A beautiful resort community with fishing, Gulf beaches and many other family attractions. 90 minutes from Orlando, 45 minutes from Busch Gardens, 40 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 20 minutes from Tampa and St. Petersburg., 30 minutes from Ellenton Factory Outlet Mall, 15 minutes from DeSoto Park and 10 minutes from Skyway Bridge.

  • From $862/Week
  • Rates for 2 BR Condo (4 persons)
    3 night minimum stay
    Each apartment will have sufficient linen upon occupancy, weekly maid service can be arranged for additional charge.

    Rental Policies:

    Deposit due at time of reservation ( $200 for a stay of 2 weeks or less, $400 for a stay of 3+ weeks). Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A credit card and signature will be required at check-in, which will be held in lieu of a security deposit. Personal checks can be used for payment.

    Check-in is 4:00 p.m. If arriving after 5:00 p.m., contact the office at least one week prior to arrival to arrange for late check-in. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

    No pets are permitted.

    Total rent and taxes for the entire stay are due and payable (in U.S. Funds)prior to occupancy in the form of cash, travelers check, cashier check, personal check, or money order. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to occupancy.

    Rates include electricity.
  • FL State tax is 12%.

    There will be no refunds for early departures, unless the unit can be re-rented for the entire period vacated.
    As there is only one parking space per condo, extra vehicles, boat, trailers, etc. can not be accommodated.
    Every effort is made to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time of publication, please note that circumstances do change and may be beyond our control.

    October 16 to January 31: $150 per night (3-6 nights); $131 per night (7-27 nights) ; $118 per night (28+ nights)

    May 1 to October 15: $143 per night (3-6 nights); $123 per night (7-27 nights); $111 per night (28+ nights)

Activities: Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St. Pete Beach to Clearwater for a nominal charge. Swimming, fishing, boating, tennis, beach jogging or walking! Many wonderful restaurants! Great shopping!
