Paradise in Marco Island is a beautiful newly remodeled in Nov 2010 Beachfront condo with spectacular breathtaking views! This is a spacious end unit with lots of windows for natural light & beautiful views of the Gulf. There are two bedrooms (one King bed, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed) with 2 full bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, 3 HDTVs (in each room with BluRay players), Washer/Dryer, Microwave, new sofa sectional with sofa sleeper. Free long distance and free wireless internet in the condo. No smoking, No pets. Handicap and wheelchair accessible with 2 full shower stalls with built in seating and separate hand held shower . Infant pack and play and booster seat also included. This condo is ideal for families, couples, or 'snow birds' Heated pool, jacuzzi, & tennis. You'll enjoy sunsets & dolphins right from the private balcony.

Also included is everything you need for a day at the beach' beach chairs, lounge chairs, plastic wear and beach towels.

What a beautiful condo this is! After 3 years of visiting Marco and renting homes, we decided to find a place right on the beach and this condo is a winner! The views from the balcony are just gorgeous and how nice it was to be able to leave the beach and just walk up to the condo for lunch! The owners have done a wonderful job making this a home away from home.. Thanks again for a great vacation!

We stayed two weeks in January, I would have loved to stay another week. The condo was cozy, clean and well stocked with items to make the stay enjoyable. The beach was superb and stretched for miles. The pool was heated which made swimming enjoyable. We especially enjoyed watching the sun set from the balcony.

What a nice place!!!

We stayed in this condo with our family last August and will be staying again this June. The unit is extremely clean and well maintained. We have been staying at the Sea Winds for several years and this unit is the nicest in which we've rented.
Kellie is very punctual and extremely helpful.

AMAZING

This condo is everything the description says. Extremely clean & well maintained. The unit is fresh & up to date. The owners have thought of everything. They are very responsive & so nice when making reservations. We have been coming to Marco Island for many years but this is our favorite beach front condo & plan on coming back year after year. This is an end unit that gives you so much more space so you don't feel crowded & the extra windows allow you to really enjoy the beauty. Watching the dolphins every morning was a highlight. I've already booked my week for next year. :)

I visited the condo in the winter and was extremely impressed with the views from the spacious balcony. From sunrise to sunset, I could not have stayed in a better location for such picturesque views. The condo was unbelieveably clean and upscale. The owners though of everything you could possibly want while staying there. Little amenities were available such as laundry detergent to do a load of wash. All beach necessities (beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc) were available for your use. A definate must - I will be back soon!
