Bring your boat(s), water toys, families and your enthusiasm to enjoy the great outdoors UP NORTH! Our family retreat offers 2700 sq ft, 4 large bedrooms, a great yard for games, 100 feet of frontage, shade by the water, a large beach (buckets, shovels and toys provided) and a stone rimmed fire pit for the often requested s’mores at the end of the day. A permanent 60 foot dock provides ample docking of boats and/or other watercraft. Enjoy your day on Clam Lake, motor over to beautiful Torch Lake (less than 5 min by boat) and spend the day enjoying the crystal clear water - or make your wake to East Traverse Bay, via the Chain of Lakes. The lot is deep and provides privacy at the water. There is a beautiful beach at the waters edge, large enough for big and little kids to play in, good fishing from the dock, and a great, long dock for jumping into the cool lake waters. The house is great for families - lots of space and activities for everyone!

Nearest Airport: Traverse City, MI at 35 Miles
Clam Lake is located in the heart of Antrim County. There are tons of outdoor activities from boating, beaching, water-sports, tennis, golfing (eight 18 hole golf courses within minutes), skiing (10 minutes to Schuss, 30 minutes to Boyne Mountain), and of course shopping. For wind surfing, or kite surfing - try Lake Michigan Harbor in Elk Rapids. Other suggested day trips included: Mackinaw Island, winery tours and Avalanche Bay (Boyne Mtn). For winter adventures - there is ample skiing near by. Schuss/Shanty is a 7 min drive; Boyne Mtn is 30 min; Nubs Nob and the Highlands 60 min.

All beds have pillows, blankets and comforters. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, ample closet space, dressers, night stands, bedside lamps and alarm clocks (if needed!!)

The fully finished walk out includes a bedroom, 1/2 bath, large living room, and TV - great place for older kids, or the in-laws (ha-ha) to have their own space. Private lot with shade and sun at the water -- Sixty (60) foot permanent dock with ample room for boat(s), jet skis. Pontoon rental and great beaches nearby.

Activities:There are endless outdoor summer and winter activities to enjoy - water sports, fishing, golf (there are (8) 18-hole courses near Bellaire), canoeing/kayaking, hiking (Dead Man's Hill, Grass River, Seven Bridges, Sleeping Bear Dunes), fishing, biking (road & mountain), Wildlife viewing (Grass River), horseback riding, eating and of course shopping! WINTER: skiing (Schuss/Shanty 10 min, Boyne Mountain 35 min, endless x-country skiing), snowmobiling.
