Vacation at the Ultimar II, an elegant gulf front condo on Sand Key… just south of Clearwater Beach. You'll be on the southwest side, 11th floor of the middle building. Walk on the miles of beach or just sit on your patio and enjoy a sunset, watch the dancing dolphins and the plummeting pelicans. Or you could turn the other direction and check out the boat activity on the inter-coastal waterway. The 2 bedrooms are in a split plan each with wonderful views of the gulf from the beds… giving an opportunity to watch a moon set over the gulf. We have furnished the condo with all new furniture and accessories from the sleek furniture down to the wine glasses.
