3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom ranch style lakefront home with finished walk-out basement with family room and 4th Bedroom. Sleeps 8.

Spectacular lake and mountain views from the dock and the house. Southern exposure provides sun all day at dock.

House includes a screen porch and deck that overlooks the lake. Dock includes a 16' x 16' lake side deck area with seating and table.

'Front yard' overlooks the lake and includes a sitting area with fire pit.

Dock will accommodate sail or powerboat, up to 23'. Canoe and rowboat are available for renters use.
