Private log cabin mountain retreat in Park City's Wasatch Forest. Get away from the crowds, to this beautiful alpine setting with convenient access to 6 major ski resorts; Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons, Alta, Solitude, Brighton. This beautifully renovated, three-level home is halfway between Salt Lake City and Park City along Hwy 80; only five minutes to Park City exit Kimball Junction, about 15 minutes to downtown Park City and the slopes.

Enjoy all the luxuries of modern living in this private mountain retreat, including an indoor whirlpool bath, an outdoor 7 person hot tub, indoor/outdoor wood burning fireplace, wireless high-speed Internet, and digital cable high-definition wide screen TVs.

The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops with a cooking island to share your creative chef experience with guest and family. Enjoy the privacy of the master suite, located on it's own floor, with a separate sitting area, large picture windows with mountain views, granite-lined jetted bathtub and large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. In addition there are 2 family rooms (loft and 1st flr), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with over 3800 sq ft of living area.... so everyone has plenty of space. Accommodations for 8 guest in beds.

Located on 1 acre forest setting with Wasatch National Park practically in your backyard to explore on snowshoes, back-country skis or sleds (several outdoor items provided at the house) for Summer and Winter fun. The home is surrounded by amazing nature and 50 foot pine trees with a wood deck, BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Perfect setting for a quaint wedding party, romantic star gazing and watching abundant wildlife.

About The Owner

Tom and I enjoy the outdoors, boating, fishing, hiking and skiing. This is our 2nd vacation home with VRBO and we look forward to sharing it with guest who appreciate the comfort of a home versus a crowded resort. Please come make yourself at home, treat our new log cabin as if it were your own mountain retreat and come back often. Here's my brother hiking the back of our property.

Who could ask for a better vacation than starting your morning sitting on the couch with a cup of coffee starring out the window at the most beautiful mountain view, hiking trails right out your back door and relaxing in the hot tub with a glass of wine looking at the stars. Your home was more than we expected. Plenty of room for all of us. It was our first trip to Park City and we could not have asked for better. We can’t wait to return

Your beautiful home was only outdone by your generous hospitality. We had a wonderful week hiking, white water rafting, golfing and seeing the amazing sights. Needless to say, being from Florida, the weather was fantastic.

This cabin was truly "heaven" on earth! It is absolutely gorgeous with all the comforts of home and then some. The views and nature is amazing. We had a great time, lots of summer fun nearby and was surely a vacation we'll never forget!

First ski trip to UT
