This beautifully furnished duplex is located on Hickory Blvd., directly across from Bonita Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in southwest Florida! Relax on our deeded private beach on the Gulf of Mexico, take a long walk along the beach, go shelling or watch the dolphins play! There is also a new private dock behind the duplex, which guests also may use. Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in lanai and roof deck. Each unit has a spacious living room with a queen-size sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air, microwave, washer/dryer and one car garage. Each unit sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Wireless high speed internet is available! We are conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport. For those familiar with Bonita Springs, our duplex is approximately one mile north of Doc's Beach House. Less than 1 Minute to our private beach.

Views of Sanibel to the North and Naples to the south can be seen from our private beach, making us very convenient for exploring other places of interest in our area. We are convenient to RSW, the international airport, as well as shopping and restaurants.

Very nice place to stay!!!

We stayed there in June 2009 - we are a family of three and were very happy there.
The beach is beautiful and very calme and the duplex is really comfortable, clean and spacious.
We would like to return as soon as possible.....
