Private waterfront house w/ boat dock located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) on Lake Travis on a Peninsula formed by the meeting of Colorado & Pedernales Rivers as they flow into Lake Travis in the Naumann Point Area. The house has 3 bedrooms & sleeps 8 people (1 king, 1 Queen, 1 trundle, 2 twin beds), 2 Full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen w/ fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher, central air/heat, washer & dryer, 2 TVs with satellite cable, VCR/DVD, Stereo/CD player w/ indoor & outdoor speakers, & a selection of books, games, magazines, CDs, & movies. There is a brand new private boat/swimming/fishing dock that was installed in 2007 just steps away from house. Large lot (over an acre) of beautiful waterfront land. Outdoor covered entertainment area with outdoor bar with fridge/freezer, dartboard, shuffleboard, horseshoes, hammock, and lounge chairs. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bag

Wonderful vacation!

We enjoyed our week at Lake Travis Getaway very much! The property was clean, well maintained and we would recommend this property for anyone wanting a relaxing time on the lake. Marsha and Laci are great to work with and we'll be leasing with them again. Even though the property is a little far from Austin there are plenty of restaurants within a 15/20 minute drive. We would recommend Angel's for a casual, fun place to eat....nothing fancy but good food and a colorful "Austin" atmosphere! The drive into Austin is easy and if you go there check to see where the Frank Gomez Band is playing....they are awesome! We'll be back soon.

We rented this house with our family and had a great time. It was just as described and very well kept. It has a hug yard and great access to the water. The location could'nt get any better than this! Thanks Marsha and Laci for helping us make this a great family vacation!

Cozy and comfortable rental place

We rented this place for my son's birthday and we had a blast. The house is very nice, cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and having the entertainment area on the first floor is a big plus. Newly renovated and new furnitures.
