Ocean, on the sand, East Long Beach, half a house furnished with 2 bedrooms, an airy sun lit kitchen with terrace doors leading to two decks, with ocean views. One deck is huge. The floors are hardwood. Parking available. The house is steps from the beach park and playground. The boardwalk is two blocks away. There is a local golf course. Shopping, movie theater and restaurants are within walking distance. Long Beach is a city by the sea with extensive volley ball courts on the beach, performances by the boardwalk, craft fairs, weekly farmers market, health clubs, tennis courts, etc.

A summer rental Memorial Day to Labor day is $22,000.

a Yearly rental is $2,700 per month.
