Family reunion

We came to Hilton Head to have our family reunion and each family rented their own condo. Everyone was very impressed with ours compared to theirs. We really loved our stay here! The condo is actually larger then we expected. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for your stay, which came in very handy when we hosted hamburgers on the grill one evening. The grill is gas which was very nice. It is a bit dated but my husband grilled the burgers low and slow and they were very good. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom is very spacious. The location of the condo is very close to everything!! We were very impressed! The owner is wonderful to work with!

First time in Hilton Head. Love, Love, Love it!!!! The condo upon arriving was just as stated in add. Pictures were right on. The condo had everything you need for your stay. The king bed was very comfy. The property was clean when we arrived. We are pet owners but did not bring our pet. You could not tell it was a pet friendly property. No smells except in the walk in closet. People must let their dogs sleep there. We would have liked to hang some of our clothes but you could really smell a dog smell. But no problem every thing else was great. There were plenty of towels but no bath mat. The place is a bit dated. As is the grill and table outside. Other than that it was great. Close to everything and the owner was great to work with. Will be coming back and staying here!!!

Great Location, great experience

We arrived on a Friday and found everything to be in great shape. I was a little nervous when I booked it as I know places can present themselves to be more than what they are. But we were pleasantly surprised to find everything as presented in the ad. The condo is a little dated with furnishings but very clean and comfortable. The bed is a thick pillow top and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. A previous post said there was not a toaster in the unit but we had a toaster, can opener, coffee maker, crock pot and blender. The unit does have a washer/dryer in it also. The only thing someone may want to bring is more towels, which we did. Location was so perfect, three doors from Harbour town parking lot. A short walk to the marina, the bakery and all the shops and restaurants in Harbour town. Check in/out is a breeze. We plan on returning again and will be renting this unit if it is available.

We had a very nice long weekend in this unit. Very convenient to Harbor Town (one of our favorite places) with nice walking trails. Sea Pines has a lot to offer.

Very nice place, super comfy bed , and believe me my wife is picky , very clean , communications with owner fantastic, extremely close to Harbor town , like right inside harbor, walk to all restaurants . Only bad thing is slow plumbing just be aware of toilet , ie "courtesy flush" other than that love the place will stay again if available . Just a note , we are not pet owners , and were concerned about possible odor , we could even tell this was a pet friendly place , no signs or smell at all very clean . Parking has not been a problem, but we only have one vehicle . have been able to get reserved parking every time .
