The breath taking views of the river, mangroves, and canal as well as the location near Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach, Bunche Beach preserve trails and canoe park...we bike to all! Quiet neighborhood. Tranquil setting.

Again, the million dollar views and tranquility. Having the availability of walking around Shell Pt. peninsula with wildlife and river views any time of the day is wonderful!
