This quaint, southwestern-style, authentically decorated and east-facing Villa is nestled within the age-restricted Green Valley Villas West Condominium Association. In addition to a sizeable bedroom and bath, there is a large living room that blends into a spacious kitchen and dinette area. All rooms and cabinetry have been freshly painted. Authentic Mexican Saltillo tile has been installed in the bath, living, and kitchen areas to compliment the carpeted bedroom. The front of the Villa is enhanced by its charming large open porch that includes a view of the mountains; a prominent feature of the villa that can easily be considered a part of the total living space. One can also retreat from the porch to a shaded area beneath the Villa's southwestern stucco arches.

The Villa is located in Green Valley, Arizona, which is approximately 20 minutes south of Tucson and about 30 minutes north of Nogales, Mexico. Voted one of the best places to retire by a national magazine, Green Valley offers abundant recreation in the rural Santa Cruz River Valley overlooking the Santa Rita mountain range. Located at an elevation of 2,900 feet, Green Valley is rich in history and boasts more than 300 sunny days a year. The high elevation assures a much cooler climate than Tucson or Phoenix. Annual temperatures average 80 degrees during the daytime and 50 degrees at night, making the area a major attraction for visitors who come to enjoy outdoor activities all year long.

Five 18-hole golf courses are within short driving distances from the Villa. Biking, hiking and world renowned bird watching is popular in nearby Madera Canyon. Wildlife abounds in the Villa area, something to be enjoyed during morning and evening strolls.

Furnishings: Fully furnished throughout including linens, sheets and towels; Bedroom includes full chest of drawers and a mirrored dresser, a new queen-sized pillow top bed, 2 large closets and 19' color TV with remote; Kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator, water cooler and dispenser, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, dinner-ware and cook-ware, all needed dining and cooking utensils, plenty of cabinet, pantry and shelving space, dinette area can easily seat 4; Living area includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa sleeper, two recliner chairs, a 37-inch color flat-screen TV with Cable TV Service, VCR, DVD player, remote controls, and Cobination iPod/CD/Radio/Satelite Radio Player; Basic tools, tile vacuum sweeper, and carpet vacuum cleaner are provided; Recently renovated porch has new patio table with umbrella and chairs, gas grill, working 'Chiminea' and bistro table and chairs under shaded area.

Tenant Information & Appreciation: Upon knowing your interest in our villa, a Rental Agreement will be mailed to you. Your reservation is complete when the signed rental agreement is received by us along with the required security and rent deposits. A Tenant Information Packet is available upon arrival along with a complimentary bottle of wine. Our goal is to help make your stay as enjoyable as we can.

Had a wonderful time. Villa plenty big enough for two people. Had all the essentials needed to move in, unpack and get on with enjoying the AZ weather. Neighbors very nice and very helpful. In fact, we didn't meet anyone that wasn't friendly. We were there Feb/Mar. Will be returning for Jan/Feb/Mar of '09.

My wife and I had the opportunity to stay in Tim's and Jennifer's Villa in Green Valley. We were there for the month of January, 2008. The Villa was clean, well appointed and ideally located for our holiday. Every aspect of the Villa was as represented and Tim and Jennifer were wonderful to deal with. We will stay there again in the future as the facility is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

Our 3-month stay has been exceptional. The villa is conveniently located between the laundry room and the pool. All necessary shopping is anywhere from a 5 minute walk to a 20 minute car ride. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The owners, Tim & Jennifer, are very supportive and easy to deal with. We recommend this villa to anyone. A great place to enjoy southern Arizona up close and personal. !!

We are now concluding our three month stay at the villa. Everything is as promisted. The villa is attractive, comfortable and clean. The preferred east-facing patio is a great asset. And having both front and back doors is very convenient. The villa grounds and pools are exceptional. Everyday we see Anna Hummingbirds, Gambel's Quails, Curve-billed Thrashers, Cactus Wrens, Gila Woodpeckers, and sometimes even a Greater Roadrunner! The owners are responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place. It's going to be hard to leave!
