There is a large bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. All with plenty of space. There is WiFi in the whole house, so you can enjoy the complimentary broadband internet access.
Shopping, restaurants, the Parks - everything is just a short drive away.

We are a Danish couple that owns this lovely townhome. We went to Orlando in 2008, and immediately fell in love with the high end features of Paradise Palms.

It was easy deciding on Paradise Palms, as we were staying for 3 days there ourselves, and we enjoyed our holiday, so we felt that others would feel the same way.
We enjoy having a private pool with a huge pool deck, so we can decide ourselves, if we want privacy, or if we want to be in public space by using the community pool area. Some days it is nice to be able to stay in the house, and do laundry/cooking and still have access to the pool. Paradise Palms is conveniently located to golf, the Parks, shopping, restaurants, so the main problem when we are there ourselves is having enough time to do it all ;o)
I would definitely come back to this town home!
The place was clean, well furnished and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook.
It's very close to disney! The kids really enjoyed the pool in the backyard.

Renting this Town Home at Paradise Palms on vacation, especially if you have kids, is a absolutely a better choice than renting a small cramped overpriced room on Disney property. Our second year in a row at Paradise Palms, staying in a unit managed by Kim. Kim emailed us links of the units she had available, handled all financial transactions and answered all questions throughout our stay. Kim is a true professional and easily accessible, talk, text & email, and she responds immediately. The town home in person, is better than the photos online. My wife and I have an 11 & 9 year old, which made renting a town home a wise decision. It has a splash pool, viewable to watch your kids from the kitchen & living room window. My son took the bunk bed room and my daughter took the twin size bedroom, which both had there own televisions. Master bedroom is comfortably large with its own private master bathroom. WiFi throughout the house for our pads & cells. Three full bathrooms, plenty of linens & dishes & a large fully functional kitchen. Washer & dryer in the town home. About 15-20 minutes from Disney. My kids enjoyed time daily in the huge waterfalls pool located at the Paradise Clubhouse which was only a block away from our town home. Paradise Palms location is far enough away but close enough to all the stores and restaurants you would ever need located along Route 192. Thank you again Kim. If you are looking for a great vacation and you need accommodations for 8-10 people, then this is the perfect home for you!!!! My family and I vacationed there this past week, and we had an awesome time. The home is beautiful and very spacious, everything that we needed was provided for us, and the private pool was an added plus! The amenities on the property were great also, the community pool is a must see, basketball, pool tables, game room, movie theater and more....me and my family enjoyed it all. Kim was a pleasure to work with, and her response time is awesome!! Thanks Kim for your hospitality and for making our week at Paradise Palms an unforgettable one.
What you see is what you get! This is a fantastic 4 bedroom/ 3 bath unit and is just as described. We have stayed in this condo twice and were not disappointed! We spent two days at Disney but also allowed extra time to enjoy the clubhouse & pool area which were fantastic! The unit is well appointed with all the modern amenities including a great stocked kitchen and 5 flat screen TV's - one for everyone! The place is clean and has nice/comfortable decor. Only thing to bring are extra paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, DW soap. But price is so reasonable, it's easy to pick up the few extras needed at the Super Target which is very close. Took us about 20-25 min to get to Disney and the value made the drive well worth it. Also close to great restaurants and food choices when coming/going to Disney properties. Kim was great to work with and we were able to get ahold of her on a moments notice. We will definitely bring our extended family back again. Thank you!
Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful spacious townhome. Great for kids, teens and adults. Quick walk to clubhouse was a huge plus. Splash pool was larger than we expected, pictures make it appear smaller. Resort also has amazing amenities. Truly a beautiful resort.
We recently stayed at Kim's unit for 3 nights for a quick trip to the Disney Resorts. We were two families with 3 children ages ranging 7, 5 & 3. The unit was exceptionally clean and just as described! The layout was quite spacious and we all had enough room to have some separation. It was a fun trip and while we didn't use the pool and clubhouse, it was very nice and would be enjoyed by all!
we highly recommend use of this condo for anyone who is planning a Disney trip. We were about 10 min to Animal kingdom and 15 to Magic Kingdom.
