There are hair dryers in the upper and lower bathrooms.

Notes: The first floor has two bedrooms. One has two twin beds, while the other has a queen-size bed and a sliding glass door leading out to the wooden deck & sand area. The second level is the main living area. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, half bath, along with the kitchen, dining room, living/family room area, 62 inch wide screen TV and wireless Internet, wood stove, laundry room with washer and dryer. The third level has the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a full-size bath, and a sitting area out front with bay windows that overlook the ocean. Our captains wheel is a favorite fixture on the third level! Wonderful quality linens and pillows on all the beds! There are granite countertops throughout the beach house in the kitchen, baths and separate laundry room. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room. Bring your IPOD - we have a built in sound system for your IPOD to plug into and lots of DVD's to watch!

We are conveniently located in the middle of town -- just north of the 'D' River. We share a beach access with the hotel next door; and there is an area to drive onto the beach just two blocks away for those who don't like stairs.

We have a wonderful beach right in front of our home, with lots of rocks for climbing and tide pools for exploring this is a great location for a romantic getaway or a family vacation! We are minutes away from Regatta Park, Galleries, Wine-Tasting and Golf. We are located 1/2 mile north of the 'D' River - which is located in the center of Lincoln City.

My children and I have a tradition of spending Thanksgiving on the Oregon coast. This is the first of hopefully many stays at "Castle by the Sea".

I can't say enough about the condominium. It's beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of home. The location is great - beach front property with beach access only a few steps away. The views of the ocean are breathtaking.

If you have the opportunity to rent this condo, don't hesitate. You'll enjoy every moment you spend there.
