IMMACULATE 4 BEDROOM DISNEY HOME WITH 5 STAR AMENITIES

From the beginning the owner has been professional, helpful, and very polite. He answered all of our questions promptly, either via e-mail or whenever we called him.
The house is in a great location!!! There is a Wal-Mart, Publix, and several food chain restaurants in the immediate proximity and great choices on the way home from the parks. We found there was more than one way to get to the Disney Parks and SeaWorld (7-12 minutes from the house). Universal Studios was about a 15 minute drive! I. Was. Blown. Away.
The pictures posted for this house are very accurate, yet will not do the house justice in person. We arrived to a spotless home; everything was clean, fresh, and in beautiful condition. The adults were pleasantly surprised by all of the quality furnishings! Every room in this house is fully equipped! Seriously, the kitchen had everything you'd need to create a gourmet meal (or quick lunches and snacks to take to the parks), the girl's room had cute toys and books already available, and it was beyond our expectations.
The home is perfect for families. The kids had toys, the game room, and the pool, which they asked on several occasions to stay home and play in instead of going to a theme park! It has so many qualities adults can enjoy too, we loved the view from the pool; we saw a turkey, exotic birds, a deer run past us into the conservation area, all from the comfort of the screened in pool. We even found a turtle on the driveway!!
Having this home to retreat to after some long, hot days in the park added such an element of relaxation. We looked forward to going home.
Our family had the vacation of a lifetime in this home, we felt like family friends of the owners. The only bad thing about writing this review is the house becoming so popular that we can’t reserve our next vacation! ? This is definitely the home we want to stay in for all our future FL vacations!

My wife and I and our two little girls just went to our home in Orlando for our family vacation and to do some maintenance! Once we got there we were so grateful and happy of the condition of our home! We take a lot pride and effort to ensure that the home is super clean and very homey!! Didn't have to do a lot of maintenance to the home, so that shows you how great our enters have been! We appreciate that very much!! We were so excited to go and stay at our place and we were also very sad to leave!! We hope everyone enjoys our home as much as we do... It's there to be enjoyed and hope everyone does just that!! Love the pool and the area and easy acces to all theme parks and all shopping needs!! Thank you to all past renters who treated the home like it was their own during their stay!!! We stayed at this home for two weeks as two families with children. The home was as described and more. Having the fantastic pool, outdoor lounging area and a comfortable house to return to after a day out certainly added to the pleasure of our vacation.

The home was extremely well equipped and easily accommodated two families, (4 adults and 4 children). It was very well stocked with adequate linens, tableware etc. and included all items required for a young child (playpen, highchair, stroller …). The home was clean and well cared for. The service provided by the management company’s representative was exceptional. The owner (Rico) was very easy to reach and quick to respond to questions and concerns. Our families enjoyed a very comfortable two week stay. This home is highly recommended and we would gladly return to stay again in the future.
