Adorable Bungalow ~ Walk Into Ubud!!

2 bed + 1 big bath w separate tub & shower. This sweet house is about 5 months old. Nice view of volcano & rice fields off the back patio & nice front porch. It is super clean w/ plastered ceilings and can lighting. Sweet small, private yard with a lockable gate, lushly landscaped w/ statues of Ganesh & Lakshmi and a fountain with small koi & lighting. It is not an open air house so it locks up completely - and in a very safe location - 3rd back from the street in a row of 6. There is a/c in both bedrooms. Bottled water provided. Wi-fi is available at additional cost. A 32” flatscreen w/ some DVDs and an mp3 player in the livingroom. The Ubud fitness center, Bali Buddah and other restaurants, ATMs, etc. are walkable. Most restaurants in Ubud will deliver. There are 2 convenience stores very close by. Up the road a bit there is a nice salt water negative edge swimming pool available for $2/day and you can order food and drinks at the pool.
