Guest house: 2 BR, 1 BA, Full kitchen. The bedrooms have a retractable wall to make one big slumber party room or 2 separate bedrooms. Each side has a bunk bed featuring a double bed on the bottom bunk and a single bed on the top bunk. The living room has a new couch and love seat.
Dock space available for 2 boats (potentially 3).
