Experience San Francisco like a local. Stay in your own 1 bedroom apartment in quaint Noe Valley close to SFO, MUNI lines, BART, the Mission District and more.

Recently remodeled 1 bedroom Victorian with private entrance and an intimate outdoor garden. Enjoy the following floor plan: one bedroom with one queen bed, living room with one queen sleeper sofa with extra thick mattress, a full bath, a walk in closet, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Sleeps up to 4 adults. We can make a portacrib available upon request.

Drink your morning cup of coffee in the sheltered garden. Then walk one block to the J Church line which will take you to historic Mission Dolores, the Castro district, and everywhere along the busy Market Street corridor. Or stay closer to home and explore Noe Valley's multitude of shops and restaurants. A little further away (15 minute walk) you are in the Mission District with abundant trendy restaurants, Latin markets and shops, and hip boutiques. Catch BART from the Mission District to downtown or even the East Bay.

SPECIAL BONUS: Enjoy unlimited free rides within San Francisco on both BART and MUNI. We provide you two complimentary transit passes which you can use during your stay - a $140 value.

We also provide top of the line luxury linens, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and cable, complimentary coffee, wine and chocolate. Experience San Francisco as it was meant to be, locally and in comfort.

About The Owner

Ten years ago we moved to San Francisco for a short stay and here we are still! We thought if we loved the city this much other people will too. We maintain this apartment as we would our own home with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. It is in a historic building and we take pleasure in maintaining the Victorian detail while updating it for modern living.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2007

San Francisco is the number one vacation destination in California. You will see why! Culture, good food, mild weather, and friendly atmosphere will make you want to come back for more. We never intended to make San Francisco our permanent home, but we are here and loving every minute.

What makes this apartment unique

We don't often stay at our rental because we have our own home in San Francisco, but we often joke that it would make the perfect getaway if one of us needed one!

IDYLLIC RETREAT IN SAN FRANCISCO

Las Flores is a perfect place to stay when in San Francisco. It is very close to public transportation, grocery stores, great restaurants, and even a community park-if you have children with you. The apartment is beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable especially the bed, and quiet. We slep so well.
It is so thoughtful for the owners to provide their guests with transportation passes, wine, and CHOCOLATE! We also took advantage of renting the garage and we did not need to use the car during our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Comfortable, great location

We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The apartment location was very convenient to get anywhere in San Francisco. It served us well for a place for the kids to nap and sleep at night (and a pack n play at the apartment was a bonus!) We really appreciated how the owner, James, was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive when we needed to speak with him. We would stay here again on another visit to SF.

My husband and I so enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and more. The owners provide a nice welcome kit of wine, chocolate, public transportation passes and info, even a Safeway card! The bed was extremely comfortable and well dressed. The size of the unit allowed us to have separation if one of us wanted to sleep and the other watch TV. It is a clean, cozy, comfortable apartment in a great location. We will definitely stay at Las Flores again.

Great temporary home

I stayed at Las Flores for a month as a temporary residence while I looked for permanent housing in Noe Valley. The unit was very clean and comfortable, in a great location, and had everything I could have needed for my stay. You can walk to so much and the Muni is so close and convenient. James was also very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. The use of the Clipper cards was a huge bonus. I will definitely recommend Las Flores to my friends and family who visit San Francisco.

This was our first time to San Francisco to meet up with my sister and I absolutely adored this rental! The location was perfect, quick to hop on public transit or walk up the street to a coffee shop. We brought our 5 month old with us and it was the perfect amount of space for the three of us. Apartment was a lot nicer than what the pictures showed along with the hospitality of the clipper passes. Cannot wait to come back and visit!!
