LOVELY OCEANVIEW APARTMENT WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF WYNDHAM RIO MAR RESORT

We had the most wonderful family vacation ever, and we couldn't have been happier with our accommodations! The apartment is open and airy with breath-taking views of the ocean and the mountains. I loved being able to shop for groceries and cook for my family--the kitchen is well-equipped and spacious. My boys (5 and 8 years old) spent every morning and evening searching for anoles and geckos, which skitter around the property. The location is perfect, as well...close to Loquillo and Fajardo ocean fronts and a quick drive to the rain forest. We also took a trip to the Camuy cavern (1.5 hours) and Old San Juan (25 minutes). We started and ended our week with a swim at the Wyndam Rio Mar Resort pool & beach, whose entrance is right across the street.

Alvy is GREAT! She called to discuss the property the day after we inquired, and she talked me through all procedures the night before we left. Plus, after we arrived at 4 a.m., she kindly took my call at the rental car company, as they needed an address. When she says she is available 24 hours a day, she is not kidding. I was nervous about renting online, but this worked out perfectly and was so affordable. I give this the highest recommendation possible!!

My husband & I had a wonderful stay at this rental. It is very tastefully decorated, clean, & spacious. The pictures do not even come close to showing how nice it is & how amazing the view is. The breeze is wonderful & we didn't even need the air conditioning during our stay. The area is very safe - we did not have any issues or concerns with security. The location is perfect to easily go to all the attractions & it was not that far to San Juan. Lots of great dining options close to the rental. Our favorites were Roots & Fruits, Lolitas, Vejigante, Pasta Y Pueblo. We enjoyed being so close to the Rainforest. The sounds at night are nice to fall asleep to. The only issue for us, was the bed was very hard, but there is a hideaway bed & we put that foam mattress over the top of our bed & we slept very well all week. The cost of this rental is extremely reasonable! If we come back to Puerto Rico, we will stay here again. Oh yah & the weather - fantastic!

This was our 5th or 6th time vacationing in PR, and was the first time we rented property. Alvy truly made this a wonderful experience from start to finish. She responded very quickly to my initial inquiry. She was very helpful in recommending places to go (would be very helpful for a first time visitor). The property is VERY easy to find and in a beautiful location with not a lot of traffic. This property is very clean and comfortable. Feels just like home with comfortable furniture and pleasant relaxing decor. After our stay Alvy followed up with a phone call to ensure our stay was satisfactory. This was very much appreciated and showed great customer service. I would have to qualms in staying here again at all. I also would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends, family, coworkers, or business partners.
