First floor condo with lanai overlooking private lake with fountain. All new furniture, just renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Living room has high speed internet with WIFI, large flat panel TV, high-Definition cable, DVD Player, stereo system and computer. The Master bedroom has cable TV and private bathroom. Master and guest bedroom both have queen size beds. Screened lanai is accessible from master bedroom and living room. Full kitchen includes like new appliances, all utilities. Convenient parking just a few feet from the front door. Community pool available.

Saybrook Manor is located in a great location. Beautiful beaches and main street are just 5 minutes away. The lanai is so quiet you could hear a pin drop while enjoying the lake view just a few feet away. Check out our resident turtle, otter, and large fish in the lake!

What makes this condo unique

Venice is a charming coastal town with lots to do. Located half-way between Tampa and Fort Myers, you can enjoy shopping, antiquing and the many restaurants the area has to offer. In addition to the Venice beach just five minutes away, there are several lovely beaches to visit in Sarasota.

Venice Florida abounds in natural beauty and splendor. Venice Florida offers something for everyone including beautiful Venice Florida beaches, its quaint downtown shopping area and the old Florida scenery along the Myakka River. One of my favorite spots is Sharky's On The Pier, the Only Beachfront Restaurant & Tiki Bar in Venice with a Fishing Pier. Don't forget to order the Alaska Snow Crabs at Sharkys!
