Come relax at our spacious, clean, bright and comfortably elegant vacation home with beautifully refinished floors. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by hundreds of acres of nature preserve, the house is private and tranquil, with expansive lawns, patios and gardens, as well as a separately-fenced, heated pool.

The 3,500+ square-foot house is impeccably finished, complete with central air-conditioning and 9ft ceilings. The living room has three over-sized sofas and a 50' Flat Screen, HD Satellite TV with DVR and HBO. There is WIFI--wireless internet--access throughout. Two sets of French doors open out onto a spacious covered, screened-in porch perfect for alfresco dining.

The gourmet kitchen opens onto a lovely dining room with seating for up to ten. Upstairs we have four spacious bedrooms, all with luxurious 100% cotton sheet and fluffy comforters. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed, cathedral ceiling and private sitting room area.

The well-equipped, spacious kitchen has all appliances and cookware, and opens onto a lovely dining-room with an expandable table (seats 4-12) and over-sized four-paneled sliding glass doors that open onto a brick patio with a Weber Gas Grill.

The comfortable Media Room also has Satellite TV with DVR and HBO and a stereo-system that connects to your iPod. The media room has a pull out sofa and can be used as a separate sleeping area.

Upstairs we also have three other spacious bedrooms and a large hall that we use as a children's play area (Brio Train Set, games, Duplo Blocks.)

Enjoy the Outdoors--We have it all! The house is conveniently located between Sag Harbor and East Hampton villages, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a lovely area with beautiful new homes, adjacent to hundreds of acres of preserve land. We have a large yard with a grassy lawn (with irrigation system), a 20' x 40' heated pool fenced separately from the house, surrounded by gardens and complimented by six chaise lounges and market umbrellas. A swing set and play area are tucked on the side of the house. The main patio also has seating as well as a Weber gas grill. A shady trees at the edge of the lawn also provides completely relaxing spot for the hammock.

World class ocean beaches are easily accessible from the house, as well as lovely bay beaches in Sag Harbor, which also sports boating, sailing, and fishing. Tennis courts are easily accessed through the Sag Harbor Tennis program at the park. Bay Street Theater and Guild Hall museum provide world-class theater experiences. Barcelona Neck has delightful walking trails--or just take a walk on the reserve land adjacent to the house.

We are the vacation destination for New Yorkers and visitors from around the world! And vacations are no longer limited to the summer anymore--shops and restaurants are open year-round, art galleries, museums and theaters provide many options for visitors. And the scenery is breath-taking in any season.

Golf: Less than a mile away we have the public Sag Harbor Golf course, and we are five minutes from Poxabogue Golf Course, and 20 from Shinnecock Hills and the PGA US Open.

Wonderful Family-Friendly Rental, Has Everything You Need

My family and I just completed a week long stay in this house (my husband and I, my 3 yr old, 1 yr old and nanny). We had a wonderful time.
It is perfect for families - everything you need to keep your kids safe, entertained and happy (fenced in pool, swing set, sandbox, perfect yard, toys) as well as high-chair, pack & plays, changing pad, etc. It's also great for the adults --fabulous screened in porch, tons of comfortable outdoor seating with fire pit. The house is casual, comfortable, but also has nice, upscale amenities.
The owners really thought of everything so you don't have to---you honestly will not have a care in the world when you're there.
We loved that it was secluded (located in a beautiful nature preserve), but a short drive to all the great restaurants and shopping in East Hampton & Sag Harbor. (less than 10 minute drive to all the best restaurants).
The owner, Helen was accommodating and nice to deal with. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful, Relaxing, and Everything We Needed!

Our extended family had such a wonderful stay at this house last year. The grounds are lovely, location ideal (the uber charming town of Sag Harbor is a short drive away), and house comfortably appointed. We had everything we could possibly need, and the owners were so kind and accommodating! The adults and kids in our party were all thrilled. We very much hope to return some day!

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying here over Memorial Day weekend. The inside of the home was charming, especially the master bedroom with it's giant ceiling and abundance of natural light. I also loved the screened-in porch, the ample size of the lawn, and the tremendous water pressure of the outdoor shower. The privacy of the property was perfect - we felt nestled off the beaten path but only hop, skip and a jump away from town.

On top of all of this, my experience with Helen, the owner, was splendid. She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I definitely hope to stay here again next year.

Great House

I stayed here with my husband and 23 month-old daughter and we were joined by another couple with a one year-old. We had a great time. The house is plenty big, with sizeable grounds that are landscaped and lovely. It is quite private. The swing set and sandbox made the house a big hit with my daughter. The pool and outdoor shower made it a big hit for my husband. It's a very short drive to Main Street in Sag Harbor and not too much farther to Bridgehampton and East Hampton. I hope to definitely stay here again. The owner, Helen, is very pleasant, which made the experience all the better.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Thank you for the use of your home. The surroundings were beautiful and the pool was well used over the weekend. Thank goodness for beautiful weather. Your house was so comfortable and clean with all the amenities we needed. . . We very much hope to come back next year during the summer. P.S. The toys were great and the kids had a blast playing with them.
