Nestled among towering palms with an ocean view off the balconies, this two level, two bedroom condo is the perfect place for a memorable vacation. Beauty, comfort, and everything you'll need for your vacation -- including the beach towels and boogie boards. Relax and enjoy a stay at one of California's finest beaches! The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently remodeled with beautiful, quartz countertops. The upstairs bedroom is a romantic haven with sturdy white cottage style furniture and coastal hues. The downstairs living area has a beachy feel with an air of sophistication. The upstairs bedroom has a CA king bed, the downstairs bedroom has a full and twin bed and the living room has a queen pullout. The tropical beach view with the warm comfortable decorations makes this place a little bit of heaven on earth.

North Coast Village is strategically situated near many family oriented activities. The highway is approximately three miles away and can bring you to Disneyland, Temecula wine country, Indian Casinos, Legoland, the famous San Diego Zoo and downtown San Diego. Within walking distance of the complex is the marina/harbor, with a variety of restaurants offering everything from inexpensive to elegant dining. The complex itself offers many fun things to do including playing pool, exercising, feeding the Koi fish and playing ping pong.

The condo complex truly sits directly on the beach. The complex has two large swimming pools, two hot pools, a barbecue, a putting green, an exercise room, a sauna, billiards, ping pong, a Koi fish pond, well manicured lawns and colorful tropical plants and waterfalls. Walk to the Pier or Habor and watch the boats and fishermen from your front row seat on the Harbor/Marina docks. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from your balcony!

The harbor has several restaurants, shops, boat and kayak rental, fishing excursions and whale watching. The pier has a restaurant at the end and is near downtown shops. Area: Legoland is a ten minute drive, the San Diego Wild Animal Park, the Zoo and Sea World are about 40 minutes away. Disneyland is less than an hour's drive. It's just about a 45 minute drive from downtown San Diego which has wonderful restaurants and shopping in the Gaslamp District. The Coaster Train is an easy way to get downtown and even to get to the San Diego trolley for a quick trip to Tiajuana.
