This beautiful lakeside home has 4 bedrooms (2 master En-suites) and 3 bathrooms, lounge and dining room with a south west facing 30ft x 13ft screened pool directly overlooking a lake filled with fish and turtles. The sun is on the pool/sun terrace from very early morning until it sets over the pine trees at the end of the lake last thing at night.

New Years Celebrations

We love Naples as an all around the year holiday destination & can recommend it to anyone who has never been. The villa was spacious & well equiped, bed linen & towels spotless, outside pool area was good especially the outside eating area. We spent a long time looking at two otters who played in the lake just outside. Had a very enjoyable New Year with our family and thanks Terry.

Wow !...we had such a lovely time, your house is beautiful and fit all my family needs, everything was great!...only downside was didnt want to leave, and come back to cold, snow ridden Chicago, seems funny we were in bathing suits and the next day we are pushing a snow plough up and down the driveway.

A villa you will come back to!

This villa is just a short drive from old Naples with its beautiful beaches and excellent shopping. The villa is set in a gated community where security is paramount without being intrusive. The villa has four bedroom which slept 10 of us very comfortably and has every facility you can think of to make your holiday enjoyable. Layout is family friendly and the aspect (overlooking a lake) makes for great family barbecues after a hard day at the beach.
Terry, it is always a pleasure to deal with you and we look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful holiday home!

My wife and I got married in Naples and chose to stay in a villa with our friends. After trawling through lots of adverts we chose this villa because it looked good in the pictures and the owner was very responsive and helpful when we emailed him.
We were not dissapointed.
The villa is in beautiful condition and the pictures do not do it justice. It realy was a home from home with all the creature comforts you require.
The owners were a pleasure to deal with and were extremely helpful in answering our questions and recomending places to go and things to see.
When we arrived I had lost my printout with the details for getting into the villa. I had to call the owners back in the UK in the middle of the night. They were very understanding and very friendly even though I must have woken them up.

The added touches such as fishing rods, swimming pool toys and of course golf clubs was very welcome. I simply can't wait to go back again next year!
Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Holiday Rental

Me and my friends traveled around the world a lot, but we stayed always in 4* hotels, therefore renting a villa was a completely different experience for us. We all agree that Fountain View villa in Briarwood Naples was an excellent choice. Everything was as promised by the owner, from our booking, through our stay, till returning our security deposit. The rooms were spotless clean, swimming pool was heated, barbecue ready to use, even we didn’t use it too much because there are so many good restaurants in the neighborhood so why bother with cooking. There are two sets of golf clubs we could use, and we did, because the location of Fountain View Villa is a golfer’s paradise.
We would stay again at this location without any question and definitely the Fountain View Villa is best value for money I have come across in a long time.
Recommended for: Age 55+, Families with Young Children
