Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Our spacious 1,604 sq ft home is only 7 minutes from Disney World, fully furnished and fully equipped kitchen. Our pool is always sunny and very secluded. You can dine in the Sun Room overlooking the swimming pool patio with a private fenced backyard. Relax with the family and BBQ.

Why here? Because finding all these features in the same home is hard to find:

* A south-facing pool = SUN ALL DAY! Perfect to get that golden Florida tan!

* A secluded pool, no eyes staring from other houses or a walking path. Pool Heating optional.

About Owner/Property Manager

My husband and I are currently based in Geoje, S Korea. We have several properties in the U.S.A. for vacation rentals and have my son Lee Baumgartner, Vice President and Michael Bridgett, Relations Manager taking care of our properties. I keep in touch with both Lee & Mike on the daily basis and visit all the properties we have in the USA 2-3 times a year. I am a UNLV alumni and Tim is from the UK.

Each properties have property managers on site. We offer our renters a relaxing, comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay. We hope you enjoy your holiday in our properties.

We purchased a vacation rental in this location because it is very quiet and nearby to all shopping, restaurants, entertainment, easy access to freeways, and theme parks.

What makes this villa unique

The location of the property is in a cul-de-sac which is away from the busy road, quiet, private and great relaxation in the back with trees surrounding the rear of the house. A great place for family and friends to enjoy..:)

Great place to stay!

My family of 5, including 19, 15, and 12 year old kids, stayed at this home for a week and loved it! The pictures on the website do not compare to the actual home. I felt the pictures showed the rooms and pool area as fairly small, but in reality, they are quite spacious and very comfortable for our family. It definitely beats staying in a cold and cramped hotel for a week! The Disney parks are only a few minutes away, so having the ability to come home for a few hours to swim and nap were wonderful features. We would definitely recommend this home to others. Thank you for a relaxing week!

Our family had a wonderful time at your home. It is very close to the parks, and very close to a grocery story (Publix on Old Lake Wilson is the quickest to get to). Perfect Home Away from Home - close to attractions but just far enough away from it all

My family and I just returned from a five night stay in this wonderful house. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. It was so nice to come home after closing the park down at Sea World and relax in the comfortable space. It is pretty close to all the attractions. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. The swimming pool was so nice during mid-afternoon breaks from the park. The home was very neat and clean and had everything imaginable that a family would use during their stay. We are already planning a return visit to Kissimmee/Orlando and plan to stay in the home again. Just a great place all around!

Fabulous vacation spot!

Where to begin? First of all, the owners were VERY patient with all the questions I had before renting the property (and I had many). We absolutely loved the house. It was comfortable and had many nice touches we appreciated, including the plentiful supply of magazines. Our younger teenage daughter couldn't get enough of the pool. I tried it once myself and wish I'd had time to use it again; it was heavenly. The privacy fence around the property was very welcome as well. The house is close to all the theme parks as well as many restaurants.

If I have any complaint at all, it is that we ran out of toilet paper close to the end of the holiday, but that's not a big deal. We could've contacted the caretaker if it was an "emergency", but it wasn't - we just headed out to the nearby Publix grocery store and bought some more. :)

All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to all of our friends.

Great house with a great location! Very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the novelty of being able to swim outdoors in winter. We would choose to stay here again.
