About Linda McMorran
Scott & I discovered Arizona for ourselves about 6 years ago. Growing up on the westcoast, we fell in love immediately with the starkly different terrain. We subsequently bought this property as a place to escape cold Alberta weather and as a place we could look forward to spending more and more time at, especially once we retire.
Linda McMorran purchased this house in 2010
Why Linda McMorran chose Fountain Hills
Fountain Hills is well-known for its small town, friendly, welcoming feeling. It is right next door to Scottsdale, which means that while being out of the hustle and bustle, you are still close to all amenities. Something that really made us fall in love with the desert was going ATVing. This is something we were apprehensive of, but we went with a group of friends and our own private guide. Over the years, our guides have taught us more and more about the desert flora and fauna which gave us a whole new appreciation for this piece of the world. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
