This very clean, well maintained condo occupies about 1400 sq. ft. It is an upstairs unit and occupies one and a half stories. The living room, dining room and master bedroom have spacious cathedral ceilings. Two bedrooms have queen beds, walk in closets, and private baths. The other bedroom has a full bed and access to a small balcony. The unit is updated with nice furnishings and is in good shape. The windows are treated with white Plantation Blinds. A beautiful laminate floor is in the kitchen and entrance. Carpet is in the rest of the unit. Two sofas (one Italian leather) in the living room make for a comfortable spot. Enjoy the screened porch for a quite, private view.

Mt Pleasant Condo - Good Experience

We (6 adults) rented this property for a week while staying in the Charleston area to help our son and his wife relocate from San Diego to Charleston to attend graduate school. It was reasonably clean, roomy, very quiet, and convenient to sightseeing, shopping, restaurants and other ammenities necessary to the process of setting up housekeeping in a new city. The two master bedrooms and three bathrooms are really a plus for three couples. Other than staying on "the penninsula" (which is considerably more expensive), I don't think the location can be beat - access to everything is quick and easy - but a car is a must. The owner was helpful, responded to emails and other queries quickly. Enjoyed our experience in Charleston very much, this property played an integral part in that experience.

Excellent place to stay

This was a great place to stay while visiting Charleston. The location is very easy to find and convenient to every activity in the Charleston area. It is clean, has plenty of space and all of the amenities (even a cooler and ice packs to use for picnics). The owner was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about our stay at this property. One of the best vacations we have ever experienced. We hope to go back soon.

My husband, his mom, her sister and I stayed in this lovely home and enjoyed every minute. There were tons of linens, comfortable beds, and plenty of kitchen wares. The area has everything to offer except mountains. I recommend this property to all. We even hooked up to someones internet! :-)
