Excellent Cottage!

My husband and I rented the Capitol Hill Cottage for a week recently and we were extremely impressed with our little home away from home. The cottage was immaculate, the queen sized bed luxurious, and the washer and dryer a wonderful perk! The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils and appliances. There was no dish washer, but since we ate all our meals out we didn't really need one.
The location of the cottage is ideal. We were a five minute walk away from an excellent grocery store, wonderful restaurants (they weren't that expensive,) coffee shops, misc. stores, parks, and a half-price bookstore. When we ventured out of the Capitol Hill area it only took us 20 minutes (approx. one mile) to walk into the heart of Seattle. Once there we found movie theaters, a five-story indoor mall, flagship department stores, a Barnes and Noble Bookstore, a Cheesecake Factory, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. It was indeed a walker's paradise and one could get around very easily without a car. The bus lines seemed very efficient and of course there is the light rail that is currently located in downtown Seattle, but will be opening in the Capitol Hill area in a year or so.
I would highly recommend this cottage to any of my family and friends and we hope to use it again the next time we visit our children in Seattle.
