3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hideabed, sleeps 8.

This two story home is within walking distance of downtown Charlevoix, Lake Charlevoix Beaches, Lake Michigan beaches, the Charlevoix city marina and East Park. The address is 214 E. Hurlbut Street, Charlevoix, MI 49720. There is a grill and patio with patio furniture in the rear and a wrap around front porch in the front of the house with plenty of seating for you and your guests. There is a dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, hardwood floors and a large backyard. There is also a picnic table. The master bedroom is on the first floor and there are two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the two upstairs bedrooms both have full sized beds. We provide the linens and the kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes and cooking utensils. There is a television (HD) with cable and wi-fi.

A beautiful rental home!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was well taken care of and clean. We never ended up making any meals there but there definitely seemed to be everything a person might need to do so. The location is perfect, within walking distance of town and the water. The bar area on the porch was a perfect place to relax. I would definitely recommend this home. In fact, I didn't want to leave it! :)
