This luxurious 1240 sq. ft. 2-bedroom oceanfront condo is situated on the 6th floor of One Ocean Place . One Ocean Place is Garden City's Premier Luxury Condominium complex located just 15 minutes south of Myrtle Beach. The unit offers magnificent views of the beach throughout. The living room is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, wet bar and large mirrored entertainment center, housing a VCR/DVD, stereo, CD player and TV. The room is designed with 5 panels of ceiling to floor sliding glass doors opening to a large oceanfront balcony also accessible from the master bedroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a TV/VCR and a king size bed. The custom decorated master bath is designed with a garden tub, shower, walk-in closet and a safe for your valuables. The 2nd bedroom with adjoining bath has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, small appliances and full size stove and refrigerator.

Murrells Inlet is our neighbor with some of South Carolina's best seafood restaurants along a picturesque marsh walk as well as deep sea fishing and sightseeing tours.

  • From $830/Week
  • Rates include Linens , towels and a departure cleaning. There are no hidden processing fees. There is a mandatory 12% weekly rental tax in all of the Myrtle Beach area. From June through August one week rentals are required with check-in on Saturday and check-out the following Saturday by 11:00 AM.
    Monthly Rentals: Available only December January, February, and March at $1200.00/month or $3,000 for the 3 month winter season.

The pictures you see on this web site does not even do this condo justice . This condo and its view is amazing. We had everything we needed in the condo for our stay, it was so relazing and beautiful could not have asked for a more beautiful place.
I want to thank you sooo much for your generosity in letting us use there piece of heaven here on earth.
