Deposits & Cleaning
A $500.00 damage/reservation deposit ($700 if bringing a dog) is due with the reservation. Rent and cleaning fee ($200) are due 60 days prior to occupancy for July, August, and holiday time periods. For all other time periods, rent and cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to occupancy. In July and early August, this home rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
July/August/Holiday Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 60 days, a full refund of the security deposit and or rent will be made. Cancellations made with less than 60 days notice and should a rebooking not occur, the rent is forfeited. The tax and cleaning fee will be refunded on all cancellations.

Panoramic Lakeview, Hot Tub, Propane BBQ, Patio Furniture with Lounge Chairs, 3 TVs, 3 VCR's, 3 DVD players, stereo with CD player. Summer: Swimming pool, tennis courts, pier, buoy field, hiking, mountain biking and numerous golf courses close to the home. NOT EVERY AGATE BAY HOME HAS ACCESS TO THE POOL, PRIVATE PIER & BUOY FIELD, AND TENNIS COURTS BUT THIS HOME HAS FULL ACCESS. Winter: Close to Northstar-at-Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Squaw Valley. Only 5 miles from the North Shore Casinos. Relax those sore muscles in the spa.
Area:
Since Agate Bay is only 5 miles from the north shore casinos and directly between Tahoe City and Kings Beach (see map), you have more choices of restaurants, activities, nightlife, and shopping all the while being able to avoid the heavy traffic in Tahoe City over the peak periods. The winter enthusiast will enjoy being surrounded by world-class ski areas including Squaw Valley, Northstar-at-Tahoe, and Alpine Meadows along with the hot tub for those après-ski achy muscles. In the summer time local family attractions include a miniature golf course, bicycle rentals, canoe & kayak rentals.
The community swimming pool is open from mid-June through Labor Day. The pier and tennis courts are normally open from May until the end of September.
