Super condo with great view. Exceptionally clean - - I have stayed in quite a few condos in Destin and this one was the cleanest of all. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Very comfortable beds, especially the king in the master bedroom. The owners were SO nice and answered any questions we had during our stay. Will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

I spent a week with my niece at this condo and cannot rave about it enough, everything was just perfect. Clean, fresh smell when you walk in the door, decorated very tastefully, very comfortable, great view, very clean (and easy to keep clean), so convenient to everything. We have stayed in several units at MS and we enjoy the overall building, but this unit was exceptional. Pictures do not do unit justice. Excellent TV in living room and bedroom not shown. Definitely want to stay here again!!!!

We enjoyed the Destin area and Mike and Janice's accomodations were great! The condo was very clean and well taken care of and the Majestic Sun property was the same I will refer family and friends to this listing.

Clean, Comfortable, and Accomodating

We arrived at the condo that we rented and was surprised at how clean and comfortable it was.
The views were wonderful and the condo was spacious. Jan & Mike went our of their way to help us when we had a few bumps in the road. I would recommend this to anyone and will be coming back soon.

Great view, very comfortable, well cared for & perfect location. Owners are very easy to work with. Easy 2 minute walk to beach, high speed elevators with no wait, great pool, good gym, perfect path for running (4 miles to the west with one stop sign), 5 minute walk to Whale Tails (great resteraunt!). 5-10 minute drive to Baytown, Back Porch, Hard Rock Cafe and several other resteraunts.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
