North Coast Village is a complex of 550 condo units located on the beach in Oceanside CA. It is centrally located between downtown San Diego (35 miles south) and Orange county (27 miles north) with Los Angeles at (50 miles north). This small town is changing rapidly. Eateries, movie theaters and retail shops are booming. Visit the Oceanside pier and have a delicious hamburger at Ruby's 1950's style diner or visit the many fine restaurants in the area.
North Coast Village features a tropical landscape with Kio ponds, waterfalls, streams and beautiful flowers all within the complex. Including exercise rooms, game rooms offering pool tables, ping pong table and more, areas to sit and enjoy your surroundings.

-Ocean views, surfers, boats, harbor, mountains (in distance)
-There are books, games and DVDs for those times you want to relax inside
-Walk the Strand for a picnic, rent a bike, amphitheatre, and even take surfing lessons
-The Strand will take you all the way to Carlsbad for a great walk, run or ride along the ocean.
-By the harbor you'll find a playground, places to rent a paddle boat, fishing rides and areas for late night bon fires.
-Many shops and restaurants can be found along the harbor.
-On the other side of the condo is local bike trail also great for your morning run or walk for a different view of the area.
-Visit Lego Land, Zoo and so many other fun attractions in nearby San Diego.
Golf: Torrey Pines Golf Course is one of the most beautiful public golf courses in the country; Torrey Pines is situated on the coastal cliffs above the Pacific Ocean in La Jolla. We are approximately 20 minutes easy expressway drive from this golf course.
There is also Emerald Isle Golf Course and Oceanside Municipal Golf Course.
