The house was once a horse stable and was converted by our aunt in the 1950's. The former hayloft is now the master bedroom (or kid dormitory). King sized bed upstairs and king (or twins) in bigger room on main floor, with queen in smallest bedroom. The house is filled with antiques and Old Cape Cod charm. The adjacent fields are full of wildlife, so bring your binoculars! The house is located in a quiet area with wonderful biking, running and walking.

We had a wonderful stay at this rustic and charming house! The house is clean and comfortably furnished. The bedrooms are large and airy and very comfortable. The four children (ages 8-12) had so much fun staying in the huge upstairs bedroom loft, while the parents slept in the downstairs bedrooms -away from the bedlam! My girls especially loved the cozy upstairs "book nook"! During our stay, we rode our bikes with the children very easily to town and the beaches. In the evenings, we enjoyed beautiful walks along the golf course located right across the street. The children even found the location ideal for a lemonade stand. This is a great vacation home, peaceful and tranquil, yet close to everything. Owners were wonderful and very helpful before, during and after our stay. We look forward to coming back again next summer! Thanks for a wonderful week!
