House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10 comfortably)

Once you arrive, you will not want to leave! Your retreat in the mountains is a glorious log cabin with soaring ceilings in the great room, nestled in the trees on 10 acres. An outdoor paradise where you can be active all day or just kick back.

In the winter, sled down the hill or snowmobile right out the driveway. Relax with soak in the hot tub. The double-sided wood fireplace faces the great room and also provides a romantic backdrop in your private master retreat.

In the summer, relax by your private swimming pool and listen to the soothing sound of the waterfall. There are expansive decks for entertaining and a gas grill for cooking.

Master suite has 1 queen bed.

Guest Room 1 has 1 queen bed.

Guest Room 2 has 1 queen bed and 1 queen futon bed.

Guest Room 3 is an enclosed sleeping loft with 1 double and 1 twin bed.

The mattresses are ever so comfortable and close to 'heavenly'.

The house is 3800 sq ft, so lots of space to sit and read, especially nice is the sunroom.

About Gina Haggerty

We are a family who loves being in the outdoors with friends and extended family. Our log cabin has brought us many days of enjoyment in the glorious Cascade Mountains near the Bavarian village of Leavenworth. We like to get out of Seattle and come to a region of Washington with 4 distinct seasons and lots of sunshine! the only regret we ever have is leaving!

Beautiful house and setting, we came for snow and we got snow. Although we went tubing in Leavenworth the kids had more funning sledding down the driveway. It was great fun and we couldn't get them in the house. Great place for snow shoeing too. Wish we had brought our snowmobile. The house was great, well worth the money. The owner was great to work with. We loved Leavenworth and when we come back we will rent this property.

HUGE cabin!

We had some friends stay here over Oktoberfest and it was SO great. The local shuttle came and picked us up/dropped us off. The hot tub is great, the kitchen is huge and the REAL fireplace was awesome.

PERFECT family getaway!

Our stay at MOON CANYON, was beyond our expectations. Our 6 girls spent every available moment in the beautiful pool, it was completely relaxing. We can not express enough how completely comfortable the home was, we will for sure be planning a return trip. I would give it 10 stars if I could it was lovely!

Great long weekend getaway

3 couples w/ young families enjoyed this house for three nights. Despite 4 young children running around, we had plenty of space to spread out as the kids enjoyed the foosball table and tv area in the loft, while the adults could hang out on the main floor. It also couldn't have worked out better to have a nice pool right on the property. Rather than throw the kids in the car and drive to swim, we simply walked outside and jumped in. One of the nice part of this home is that despite being 95 degrees during out summer stay, even without air conditioning the house was very comfortable to sleep in at night (again equally beneficial for the adults and the kids). We will definitely look to rent this house again!.
