This three-story town home is directly on the beach. Each floor has a deck overlooking the water plus a deck directly on the sand . Two master bedrooms with private decks, one has king bed and one has a queen bed and standard futon. . 3rd bedroom has twin beds. 4th bedroom has a queen bed. Also couch in living room makes a bed suitable for children. Full kitchen with everything you will need plus an efficiency kitchen in the lower bedroom. All linens . We have a large family with grandkids, so there are games, books, baby equipment (listed below) and videos there for your use. All you need to bring is beach towels and your personal soaps. We take great pride in providing a comfortable, relaxing setting. Upgrades this year include, washer/dry, dishwasher, all new carpet and paint. new decking new sliding glass doors plus much more. Beach is extra wide and beautiful. Beach chairs provided for your uses.

Activities:: We are just 2 miles from the huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall. There are several good restaurants within walking distance on the beach. There are 2 major grocery stores(prices are not higher than at home)within 2 miles. There is about every kind of activity you could want in Destin and nearby areas. Also Ft. Walton airport is only 20 minutes away and the private airport is only 5 minutes away.

Area:: We are twelve miles to the west of the Highway 331 and 98 junction. Turn at the Winn Dixie on Old 98 which is the beach road. Two miles to go! We are the large tan building just to the west of Costa Del Sol and just east of Pompano Joe's Restaurant. There are only 10 units in the building so the beach is never overcrowded.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a clean well maintained home. We all felt very comfortable and safe there. There was restaurants and attractions within walking distance or just a few miles ride. The owner is a wonderful person and was available by e-mail to answer all my questions in advance. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a stress free vacation.

Our most enjoyable Florida vacation yet..

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. We were told that it was kid friendly and it was. There were plenty of toys for our kids. We came with 3 familes and we all had plenty of room and privacy.We loved the views from all the decks. We saw dolphins every day. We will definatley be visting this townhouse again. It was nice to walk out the door and be on the beach. We loved this house and no one wanted to leave. Thanks for the memories. We have been to Florida for the past 4 years and this is by far the best vacation we have had as a family.

Nice place for families with young children wonderful location on beach (clean) we had my husband & I with our 3 children & 3 grandchildren. We enjoyed our time there and the time we had with our family. Recommend eating Pompono Joes which is a skip & jump away & beautiful view of water while eating. Also has an Alivins Island within walking distance to shop and enjoy and ice cream. Thanks to Linda & her family for sharing there place we appreciate people like them opening their homes to others.

Definitely comeback

The townhome was exactly as advertised and pictured. Everything in the house works except 1 upstair VCR. The decks has smooth 2x8 studs that I and my children can walk barefoot. Beach entrance was excelent and right on the beach. The AC is so cold that we love it. I caught 10 hardtail (blue runner) on the surf with my sabiki rig. It was fun.

This property worked out perfectly for our family of 7 adults and 2 little ones. Plenty of room and amenities, very comfortable and homey. Great to be able to walk right out on the beach! Nice to not have to bring lots of baby and beach equipment. Great having a washer and dryer and dishwasher, too.
