Great Stay! Helpful Owner!

This Villa was a very short walk to the beach. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy. The owner was extremely helpful and his directions were easy to follow. A great find at Kiawah, perfect for any couple! We had a great stay!

Excellent location, a wonderful vacation

We stayed in this rental in July 2009 and had a wonderful time. The communication with the owner was excellent from reservation through departure. He made sure to supply us with plenty of information to make sure our stay was perfect. The unit is very close to the beach and close to all the activities. It was very quiet and peaceful even though we were there during high season! Of course, his rates can't be beat!

The place was immaculately clean, which was most important for us. The kitchen was well stocked, although we ate out every meal. We were thankful for the washer/dryer and beach chairs. The unit had two tv's with cable and also high speed internet with a long enough cable to go anywhere in the unit (I think they had wireless, but I am not very technical). The floorspace in the bathroom was nice. We were not cramped at all. There were also extra towels and blankets, which were appreciated.

All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and I am looking forward to the next time we rent from them.....which will be in September! I would recommend this unit to any of my family members or friends.

Wonderful in Windswept

We were in Kiawah to attend a family wedding. The villa is lovely and we truly enjoyed out stay! The bed is comfortable, the kitchen very workable, the internet was super and the location is great. Everything was so nice! The description was accurate and the owner, Larry Scott couldn't have been nicer. Of course I would recommend this property and return if I could. Thank you!

This villa is well appointed with everything needed and more for a stay at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen was nicer than mine at home. It was easy to find, the keys were where they said they would be and I felt very comfortable and safe being alone during my stay. My only disappointment was the cool weather and rain during most of the week. The warm and inviting villa made for a perfect stay.
